Tempted by the good reviews on Tripadvisor, I booked a stay at Casa de los Naranjos a few months ago. It wasn't my cup of tea. Our room was extremely noisy, tiny and dark. After two days we even felt slightly depressed while in our room! The staff was very understanding when we asked for a change of rooms. But...

We stayed for 3 nights at beginning of March 2007. Hotel is not easy to find ... it is in a 2 way ... one way street ... best to call ahead to confirm directions and parking arrangements. Hotel is excellent .... nicely furnished bedrooms and very clean. The courtyard areas are very pleasant and breakfast is basic but very...

During the week we stayed in Cordoba, the mayferia's were due, so we had some troubles finding a hotel (even 3 months in advance). Prices are also high during feria, so it didn't leave us much choice. The hotel was better than expected: the receptionist spoke french (and in most hotels in Spain they only speak spanish!) and was very...

We stayed at the Casa de los Naranjos for two nights in February 2006. It was a really friendly place and although not as central as other hotels in Cordoba had a nice feel to it. The room wasn't large, but the bathroom was bright and clean. None of the receptionists could speak much English, but they were really patient...

It was the only hotel I did not book myself during our honeymoon through Spain and it was below expectations mainly because we were looking for 4 stars hotels and we found ourselves in a tiny 2 stars, room was really small and without fridge or anything else, however for 1 night it was ok, and very clean, which is...

My sister and I traveled to Cordoba from Madrid. When we got to Cordoba we were tired, hot, and grouchy--we needed something to boost our spirits. Luckily, the Casa de los Naranjos provided us with the respite that we needed. The hotel is every bit as charming in person as it is in the pictures provided online. Antonio checked us...

We stayed at the Casa de los Naranjos in Oct 2004. The hotel is a little out of town but an easy 15 minute walk to all the main sights around the Mesquita. The building is very pretty, and has a lovely patio (courtyard). The room was large enough and simply furnished. Staff were very friendly and helpful. For the...

“All rooms appeared to be quiet because they are part of a courtyard type setting. Having said that the staff were so helpful that I'm sure they would help you with friendly advise if you asked.”
