hi- I normally don't leave reviews but wanted to particularly call out this hotel due to their great customer service. we accidentally booked the hotel for the week after our visit which we didn't find out until we arrived. from a policy standpoint, they could have charged us for both stays since we booked on an external site. but they...

Noisy hotel, expensive parking, far from the main attractions, the hotel was very expensive € 160/night, we were charged € 40 for an extra bed, in a tiny room, you have to walk a maze around 300 meters from reception to get to the rooms. Not very clean, very disappointing. Not recommended at all. Bad experience.

I'm sorry not to be able to give this a better review, because the staff were pleasant during most of our stay. However, we were charged double on our prepaid card for the booking (a difference of 636 euros). This may have been an honest mistake, but the hotel refused to listen to us for the first 5 days, while...

Very good location, close to every thing. Rooms are spacious enough and clean. The service is outstanding, very good information about the city, eateries and bars. we loved Cordoba and for the price we would certainly book Los Faroles again. P.S. Yes, they do have parking spaces available on the basement, which is great in Córdoba. To get the car...

Despite being rated 3 stars, this hotel offers a 5 star service without a doubt. They provided information on where we could do our laundry, places to eat + places to avoid getting scammed. Rooms were basic and all you really need for a good night sleep. Toilets were very clean and spacious! Overall, undoubtedly an excellent choice be it...

The room was clean, nicely decorated and recently remodeled. We were close to everything. Cordoba was amazing. Breakfast at the hotel down the street was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

Booked this as a last minute hotel, the price was average for the area. Found out, on arrival, that we were staying in an Apartment 'near' the Hotel, that only took us 20 minutes to find in the twisty streets. Room was basic, but very clean. Noise from street outside ensured alarm clocks are not needed! Parking is a nightmare,...

Dear Anthony, we are sorry about your bad experience with the parking, unfortunately a city like Cordoba that dated from the eighth century has this sort of inconveniences, narrow streets and very little spaces for parking. However, in the other hand it remains all the charm from the past. Just to make a clarification about your booking, this was for...

We stayed for 2 nights in this hotel and thoroughly enjoyed it. Sonia, the receptionist, was delightful, friendly and always smiling. We have limited Spanish and Sonia's English wasn't great but we managed to understand each other with the help of gestures and Google Translate! We had tried to book a guided tour of the main sights prior to leaving...

Excellent value for money. The receptionists' English is a little limited, but speak slowly and clearly and all with be well. They could not be more helpful and were bathed in smiles. A real treat. They had already prepared a street map, with main routes and attractions highlighted. A brilliant idea. Room was quiet, clean and laundry was changed daily....

Great little hotel with comfortable, clean rooms and great location. Stay made all the better for the extremely friendly and helpful receptionist, Sonia. Private parking also very handy. Would definitely stay there again and recommend to others.
