Our room was large, clean, and appealing. The front desk staff spoke excellent English and was very gracious and helpful. Breakfast was ample and attractive. The major feature, though, was the great location, steps from the spectacular medieval shop lined bridge. Our first trip over the bridge and down into the old city, we didn't even realize that we were...

The hotel is quit basic, it complies the 3-Star regulation, nothing special. The location is good, the room is clean. Wifi without regulations or a good working environment is not given. I do miss to be treated as valued customer and that the staff takes care of the hotel. It is okay for one night if you pay 60 Euro....

The room was very nice. I was put in the newer section so i didn't hear any of the noise. I was within walking distance of everything. This was a surprise trip prior to Berlin, but the location to train station and city was great and helpful.

We were on a trip across Germany through Frankfurt, Nuremberg, Erfurt and Berlin and this was the best hotel we stayed in. It was HUGE and spacious and so clean and modern. Did I mention the space? It had a balcony, a huge bathroom and even a separate TV/couch area. The hotel can be easily reached from the main train...

We stayed several times in Erfurt. This hotel (recently opened) was clearly our favorite. The hotel has an underground parking garage. Rooms are very spacious. Very nice bed, clean and comfortable bath rooom. Has all necessary facilities and is only a few hundred meters away from the Krämerbrücke.

New parts of this hotel were opened in September 2015, including the area in which our very spacious and well-equipped bedroom (with balcony) was situated. This development gives the whole hotel a feeling of spaciousness, including plenty of courtyard room for breakfast outside. (I do not know anything about accommodation in the original building in Futterstrasse.) The breakfast buffet was...

Recently stayed a night here during a business trip. My colleague booked the hotel for both of us, as he had been here a couple of times before. Location is very central, great to have a stroll through the old town in the evening. It does come with its own parking garage, which is great, however the parking spots are...

We got a room in the new section of the hotel, which deceived us into thinking we would have a great stay, but the room had quite a few problems. The bathroom "door" in the new rooms is a sliding glass room separator. It is see-through and even when "closed" there is still a big gap between the "door" and...

As in the title, not so bad. Great thing is that the hotel has a parking and is located in the city centre, close to some nice bars and restaurants. The hotel has a recently built part and an older part. I stayed in the older part, which was good enough. Clean room and free wifi with decent speed. Breakfast...

I have never written a bad review before but the behavior of the managers/owners at this hotel on our recent trip was horrible. We arrived at the hotel (having confirmed our reservation made at the end of the summer for our Christmas market visit) and after some chatter amongst themselves (they didn't realize our daughter was fluent in German) told...
