No air condition, the bathroom smells so bad, no wifi in the room. They dont let you make the check in before 3 pm even when is clearly not full, they wont even let you make the process until 3 pm. It is 20 minutes away from downtown by trail. The bathroom had trash.

We are very sorry for your bad experience. We communicate everywhere that check-in is from 3pm. The fact that we are not full does not mean your room is ready. It should be checked by a manager before a guest is allowed in. Something that was unfortunately missed in your case, otherwise there would not have been problems in regards to the bathroom. Problems with Wifi mostly stem from insufficient settings or devices from guests. Kai Kampa, Owner

Parkhotel Diani is conveniently situated for us, as we have relatives living in the area. We have stayed here on several occasions and always find the staff to be very pleasant and helpful. They speak good English. The rooms are clean and comfortable and we felt perfectly safe during these covid times.

Truly a perfect experience in every respect! Superbe restaurant right there on the ground floor. Check in was a breeze. Room was at the back of the building, so it was extra quiet and faced a forest so I got the morning gentle bird chirping. Room = spotless. Bed - like a cloud. Shower - hot when I needed, warm when I didn't. On check out I asked the young lady where the nearest post office was because I wanted to mail a letter back to USA. She said I could do it right there! So for 2 Euro's I sent my brother a birthday card with no extra trip. This is the convenience of older times but much appreciated today!

Very nice hotel. One night stay during the trip across the Europe. Price reasonable and family room spacious and beds comfortable, bathroom clean. Breakfast AMAZING the choice of food is overwhelming. Only negative is that car park was full and there was difficulty with finding the place. But remember!!!!!! BREAKFAST!!!!!!

Booked this hotel because it had parking as we have been touring all over Germany. Mainly came to Leipzig to check out the up and coming food scene. To our surprise, the ‘scene’ restaurants and bars were all closed. Luckily, the Parkhitel Diani has an amazing chef and knowledgable waitstaff, so we ate in the hotel. Had a lovely Saxon-area meat dish with a nice green salad to start - local wines explained by the waiter were delicious! Even topped the meal with a local cognac. Rooms are large with nice big windows that can be opened to allow plenty of fresh air. Ours, 126, faced a lovely courtyard with a birdbath. Bathroom was one of the best on our trip - lots of good water pressure and hot water. One bit of advise I would give is to replace the towels- not at the level of the rest of the accommodations.

We stayed there for a night with our 1.5 year old daughter. This place is very kids friendly (playground outside, kids menu in the restaurant). Room was spacious and clean, travel bed for our daughter was also fully prepared. Food and breakfast were very good! Staff really friendly and helpful. Park on the other side of the road. Would definitely stay here again.

Very friendly staff, perfect location to visit Leipzig. Only minutes away from tram and within no time in the centre of Leipzig. Restaurant has daily specials and the food was really good! Room and bed very comfortable. When we visit this region an other time we will certainly stay here again.

We, two couples, stayed there for a night to visit the town of Leipzig. A very nice place with a friendly and assisting staff and large, comfortable rooms with all amenities. A little away from the center of town in a nice and quiet surrounding but only a short walk away from the tram that takes you to the Center in not quite 15 minutes.

Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting Leipzig. Great location, not in the city centre but 2mins walk from the tram which takes around 15mins to get into the centre. Teams run every 10mins. We didn’t eat here except breakfast one morning which was good. Good for parking. Room was very big and bathroom lovely. Check out a good value German brewery restaurant 5 mins walk away for a great evening meal and also the local Aldi which is 5mins walk away. Great value.

We have stayed here on several occasions and have always had a positive experience. Very clean, large, comfortable rooms with all amenities. Park-like setting, beautiful patios with comfortable furnishings,. Very good food with an excellent breakfast. Staff is very friendly and helpful and the location is perfect. Short walk to the tram stop taking you to city centre and across the street from a beautiful park. Couldn't ask for more!
