Great location and very comfortable hotel, ideal for a stay in the beautiful city of Leipzig. Rooms were large, light and airy, with excellent coffee machine, large shower room and separate wc. Staff were very friendly and facilities were ideal. A minute from the stunning train station and a few moments walk to the main shopping area and a large selection of bars and restaurants. This hotel comes highly recommended for an enjoyable and hassle free stay. Although we didn’t have breakfast, it looked great.
While in Leipzig we stayed at this hotel and everything about it was spot on. The hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms are a good size and what a choice for breakfast, excellent. The reception staff were also very friendly and helpful with a special mention to Stephanie who couldn't do enough to help us getting about Leipzig itself. Would strongly recommend this hotel.
Very clean rooms, nice friendly staff service, and breakfast is very good with many choices. The decor of the hotel nice too!! The hotel is centrally located and very convenient to walk to the main train station and into the city as well.
This hotel is a clean and modern hotel with essential amenities for guests. The hotel is very convenienty located for train travelers and users of public transportion to visit various attractions of the city. When we arrived at Leipzig Hauptbahnhof by train, we walked out of the front entrance/exit of the station. From the front entrance/exit, we could see the rooftop sign of the hotel across the plaza at 11 O’clock direction. When we entered the hotel and went to the front desk, we were greeted by friendly staff. The lobby area was clean, and was decorated in a contemporary style. Our room was also neat, and the essential amenities were in the room. The simple and contemporary style furnishings reminded us of IKEA showrooms. The climate control worked well. The bedding was comfortable, and room had good sound proofing. In our room, we found a complimentary bottle of carbonated water. When we called the front desk and asked for a still water bottle instead, the response was quick. We received a still water bottle right away. Buffet breakfast was delicious with excellent choice items. The hotel’s location was excellent, because it was located right across the train station with access to trains and S-bahn to Old Town. The stops for trams and a special bus to Old Town were also very close. The hotel rate was reasonable, too. We enjoyed our stay at this hotel.…
We can recommend this hotel. First of all the location is really good. There is even a lovely garden. The staff is very welcoming and service minded. The breakfast buffet offers many choice including different make-your-own-coffee choices ☕️
Lovely rooms, very good breakfast buffet and a very conveniently located very close to the Leipzig Hbf. Stylish and all that, not much in the extra frills department but I don't care much for those anyway. Only minus I can think of was that my pillow really didn't work for me (seemed to be made of air and a few crumbs of something). Followed the advice in the information binder and asked for another one, but apparently I wasn't the only one with issues and their "pillow menu" was all out of pillows.. My body somehow adapted and the rest of the stay was fine, though.
I stayed at this hotel for a business occasion and I was pretty pleased. Good breakfast, nice rooms and a good location within Leipzig! The staff was friendly and I there is not much for me to complain. If I get the chance, I would come again!
4 points rating for a budget hotel I was looking for a budget hotel and I found it. It is modern and really well done. I was coming by train and it is a 7 minutes walk from the train station, Very easy. Next to the Opera and the Gewandhaus Symphony hall. This was perfect to explore downtown Leipzig - main attractions are at your doorstep. Public transportation as well since you are right by the train station a lot trams & buses stop there. Breakfast: a generous buffet is at your disposal if you selected buffet although I am not sure anyone is checking you up if you have booked breakfast or not..... There is a sign in the elevator about timing for breakfast: pay attention - it's very informative. Indeed if you want to avoid the crowd and line...show up between 8 and 9am .... after that its a zoo. Room: two beds, comfy, clean room, modern looking, and a nice bathroom with shower only. Cons: noise of the tram. It's making the building trembling almost....I sleep with ear plugs and I could still feel it in the bed....very strange. And I was on the 7th floor! I think it's partly due to the bad surfacing of the road. I mentioned it to the reception and she did agree the inconvenience. So - make sure you ask a room NOT facing the main street. Elevators: that is a drawback if you are in a hurry....there are only 2 for 250 rooms. And there are not programmed properly. If you select to go DOWN from your floor, you may call a lift that goes UP before going Down. It is ridiculous as it fills the elevator for nothing. Long wait in the morning for breakfast....take the stairs. Management needs to fix this. Never seen that ever. Apart from that I have nothing to complain about. It is not luxury but perfect to visit the city in a safe and comfortable way. The breakfast/lounge area at the lobby level is nice in the evening to relax and for a last drink. Very comfy.…
This is a nice hotel, not a luxury one but with new furniture and decoration and with good services (for instance, the breakfast area is really large and nice). It is really well located in the city center.
Excellent location with a short walk to everything in the town centre. The main train station is only a short walk away as well as a Penny supermarket that opens late. It was hot when we were there so the iced water available at the reception was very welcome. The fact that the toilet was separate from the rest of the bathroom meant both spaces were small. I feel it would be better to combine the rooms and make it a bit more spacious. It was a busy weekend in the hotel and the first day of breakfast the items in the buffet were not replenished very quickly. In particular, the coffee machines were running out of milk. This was fixed on the second day with plenty of everything to eat and no shortages.
