We stayed 2 nights. The hotel was comfortable, and in an interesting part of Dresden - the Old Town was a short walk away, but the Neustadt has its own interest - good eating places (we loved Restaurant Daniel below the Hotel) and interesting shops

This is an excellent place to stay and represents good accommodation value. It is in walking distance to all central locations. Staff are extremely friendly with only one exception that we noted. The breakfast is just what you need with nothing to over the top. The brewed coffee was lovely. Rooms and bathroom are very clean. My mattress was a...

I stayed one night having taken a train from Berlin. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Neustadt S-Bahn station. I liked the angular shape of the room and the view of the garden. I appreciated the quiet. As others have mentioned, the Wifi connection was intermittent. The size of the bathroom was fine. The shower had a...

I stayed one night at Hotel Martha as part of a tour. The hotel met all of our requirements: clean, comfortable bed, nice staff, good breakfast. The layout and architecture of the hotel is interesting with lots of windows along the hallways. WiFi was slow and intermittent, but still usable for updating maps. The room had a large, comfortable bed...

We were delighted with our choice of the Hotel Martha Dresden. Originally founded as a secure hotel for women visiting the city, a la the old Barbizon in New York, it now is a quiet hotel for all. It is located in the quieter section of Neustadt, but still only a fifteen-minute walk to the bustling Neustadt .It is very...

I stayed for 2 nights at M.Dresden. It is located in Neustadt which is outside of the main center (Allstadt), but in a very quaint neighborhood. It is a 15min to Allstadt attractions. The room was simple but clean and comfortable. TV was an old boxy type, but I didn't care for. Wifi is very weak and basically non existent...

I spent one night in this hotel when I was on the bike trip from Czech border to Dresden via Elberadweg this July. I arrived around 10 PM, the receptionist was quite nice, but he cannot speak any English(!!!), which is unacceptable in the hotel, where the room is almost 100 EUR a night. Otherwise the receptionist was kind and...

This was our fourth hotel in a series of six we have visited in a tour of Poland/Germany. We were so disappointed with this hotel in comparison with the three we visited in Poland. Breakfast was very limited. I was not allowed to help myself to a cappuccino from the machine but was told that the waiter would serve me...

We enjoyed this hotel very much. It is QUIET and had a very nice breakfast. When we had to make a few telephone calls about our baggage, they were very accommodating. It was clean, and very comfortable. Great location…not too close to the city center…but close enough. Just a 5 minute walk.
