This hotel is the finest in Dresden. Service, food, style and location are its advantages. The people we met during our stay were friendly and eager to serve us. There are an assortment of well done bars and restaurants to serve guests. The rooms were upgraded and very comfortable. The breakfast were very well done as well.

W stayed at the Hotel Taschenberg Palais just by accident. However, what an experience it was. The Service was excellent everywhere. The rooms really great. It deserves its 5 Star Rating particularly taking into consideration that mostly I ask myself how Hotels obtain their rating nowadays. For exploring Dresden the location is perfect too. Very appreciated was as well the...

We always like to end our holidays with a stay in a luxury hotel, and the Kempinski didn't disappoint. We stayed in a junior suite which was spacious, very comfortably appointed and overlooked the lovely inner courtyard. The gym was pretty small but the spa and pool area was lovely; we had a great swim followed by delicious and reasonably...

Stayed 6 nights at the Taschenbergpalais during my recent visit to Dresden, a perfect base for exploring Dresden and the surrounding area. The location is amazing, could not be better, right in the historical center and next to the Zwinger and Castle i.e. a huge bonus. The hotel is easily accessible by car, there is an underground car park around...

All the stuff was incredibly helpful. The building itself is beautiful on the outside and in the inside. All the halls are full of art. Another thing absolutely worth mentioning is the catering, from meals to desserts. The wine selection was ok.

Such a perfect location in midst of the major sights Dresden has to offer, this hotel has it all. I can only recommend staying there when on business or leisure in Dresden. Nicely decorated rooms, not too heavy though, excellent service and very good facilities.

Apparently the palace for the Prince's mistress. Big spacious room with perfect location across the zwinger and a short walk to parade of princes and everything else. Wonderful that they have a pillow menu. Beds are comfy. Service is excellent. My negative issue is that 1) they do not have an in room coffee machine 2) room that they gave...

Room ok, could not reach the Window we had to go up on a little staircase 3 steps plus another little step hidden away in the wardrobe. Room too hot, AC did not work at all. Also a dog barked in the hallway during the first night, yes "attention" dogs are welcome in germany's so called 5 star hotels. At...

This hotel is wonderfully located in the center city and near all of the sites and restaurants. It allows you see all of Dresden on foot in little time. The staff was courteous and professional. We ate one night at the in-hotel restaurant and it was great. The breakfast was worth the stay itself and is the best breakfast by...

I was there only for a night, but this was very enjoyable. The room was large and in good shape. The room service delivered a very nice Burger with side salad and the breakfast was excellent. Try the Eggs Benedict, they do not come on the usual toast!
