The Biendo hotel is in the perfect location. Right in the center of the main city center. Located above many restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and shopping. My parents and I walked everywhere. The breakfast buffet is a typical euro breakfast, great to start the day. My only negative is that the bathroom is small, when you take a shower the whole thing gets wet. But that’s really the only problem. Would 100% recommend !

We have stayed at the hotel 4 times and have had an amazing time every time! It's clean, modern, spacious and close to loads of shops, bars etc. The reception staff are very accommodating and friendly! Always happy to help! The breakfast is lovely - breads, meats, cheeses, cereal, fruits, eggs (scrambled and boiled) cake, tea and a wide selection of coffees. Free wi-fi, hairdryer, some tv channels will change to English and late check out available! We would like to say a huge thank you to the staff who waited past midnight for us to check in as we travelled from the UK. The reception isn't 24 hour but they sorted it for us! Very grateful! See you next year Biendo!

Biendo Hotel provides what business travellers essentially need - a clean, comfortable space to rest and recharge during their time away from home. I was pleasantly surprised at the relatively large space of my single room, especially at the competitive rate it gives. The breakfast was a little limited, but sufficient enough so you don't begin the day hungry. For what the hotel lacks in aesthetic decoration at the hotel lobby, it makes up in the pleasant view of the city and the mountains at the dining room area.

The hotel is bang in the city centre with some very nice Italian restaurants in the ground floor. The breakfast was really good as well.I enjoyed this hotel more because of the personal warm attention we got from Mr Keller , the front office manager. He took care of us a great deal & made us feel welcome . The room is very nice & comfortable. The wifi is great. The only drawback is that there isn't a kettle in the room.

I booked this hotel because it was much cheaper than others in the city centre. And that was a good decision. The rooms, which are on the fifth and sixth floors of an eight storey block, are clean, bright and comfortable, with a good view over the city and free wifi. Breakfast was the typical German offering of bread, meats and cheeses, with plenty of choice. It's located about 15 minutes walk from the railway station, right in the city centre, only a couple of minutes from the old town square. Highly recommended, would certainly stay there again.

We spent two nightmare there over easter upon recommendation of friends. The hotel is located in the heart of the city and the staff was definitely friendly and helpful. Location is great to explore the city by foot. Public transport right in front of the door and on Saturdays and Sundays parking at the curb of the main road is free. Only drawback was the city crowded breakfast room.

Room (Junior Suite): - Poor mattress and linen, capped hot water that causes a cold shower during rush hours, no considerable amenities + Very spacious, great view, absolutely clean, new but simple furniture Breakfast: - Next to elevators, absolutely no variety of gluten/lactose free foods + Nice arrangement, clean area, good choise of cheese, lunchmeat and jam, juices Service: - Check in service "forgot" that free parking was included in our daily rate, suggested expensive public parking lots next to the hotel but did not know that there is a maximum parking time of 2 hours --> thanks for the ticket + Check out service excused for the misunderstanding, offered a glass of jam, but ignored our hint to make us happy by paying the ticket
