In German terms a larger size business hotel. Breakfast range OK but the breakfast room is rather dark and so its a bit of a depressing start in the day. Restaurant Menu is a giod mix and nice ideas for specials. The standard rooms might have looked like this before the German wall was removed... they are on the lower floors. However when you take the better level they are real good in size, nice TV and a big table for working with a nice views of the city. Negative: The coin system to exit the car park is very uncomfortable as you need to collect your coin every day again which results daily in waiting time.
The Seaside Residenz Hotel was very conveniently located for both my work and access to town for the evening. The use of the rental bikes for the nominal €2 made travelling around in the evening a pleasure.
Overall I have a good experience with the hotel and will definitely come again. The reception area and the lobby are rather small and may disappoint those who like to seat there. The room, however, was extra-large, comfortable and with great atmosphere – blue and white carpet with lot’s of wood furniture. Two other advantages: excellent breakfast and very close train lines.Note that the outdoor sign says “Residenz” and not “Seaside Residenz” as expected.
Nice Hotel, good service. Interessant quality/price ratio. The breakfast could be improved in the choice of the cakes. There is a lot of foods as hams, cheeses and so on, but less in term of fruit, cakes, biscuits
No Aircondition no minibar in the room Room with twin bed not good at all so if you need room twin bed please go to another hotel Not all staff is good no body can help you the area of room is good but no benefits witout minibar
