We stayed here as a rest stop on our way back to the UK. It was quite expensive for what it is, 120 EUR (including the 11 EUR for parking) for a very average hotel. No toiletries, just generic big bottle of hair and body shampoo stuck on the shower wall. The shower head didn't fully work as you can tell it had a build up of limescale. The towels were super thin and did very little dry you. Breakfast was very limited. I only needed a place to sleep for the night so I don't drive tired but feel as though I was massively ripped off. Oh and I am an Accor silver member, so the price was including my 10% discount.

Difficulty checking in perhaps because the young man seemed inexperienced and didn't speak good english. Bottled water in the room was empty. When this was pointed out they could not give an answer. So we paid €6.50 when directed to the bar to buy water, when later we saw a vending machine that the receptionist could have offered as a choice. One of the towels had marks on it. Not as good as I'm used to for a Mercure

Friendly staff and clean rooms, with a lovely view over the river. Well located near the centre of the city. There was a mess up with the rooms where they only booked one rather than two, but the man on reception was very helpful and sorted a room for us when we arrived at 1am! We would recommend, but the food in the restaurant is very overpriced.

Hotel should be avoided by businesstravellers due to the lack of coöporation at the reception. This will deffinately be my last visit to this hotel. Clean rooms. Close to the center & the Eurobahnhof.

The location of this hotel is quite good, close to a big mall that has a supermarket. The room was clean but a bit hot. The air conditioning was not working properly and unfortunately we stayed here in the midst of a heat wave. However, air con problems are frequent in Germany so i didn't think much of it. The bathroom has multiple-use toiletries, which i think is a great thing.
