Hotel well located at 5mn walk from city center and 34 Mm away from Frankfort airport. Rooms are confortable such as the mattress, even though the bathroom start to be a little old. Breakfast was good with enough choice. Staff was very helpful and friendly when needed. Overall a pleasant stay in my business trip.

Spent three nights here. At the top of a hill looking down on the city of Mainz. Easy walk to the city centre and to the railway station. Staff on reception always attentive. Room was spacious and spotlessly clean. Unfortunately I did not have an opportunity to use the hotel amenities as I was on a business trip. If visiting...

Everything you need. Way better than the Hilton and a tad cheaper. Arrive after 9 from work and the kitchen was still open. Decent Schofferhofer and the. Club sandwich is great. Basement has a nice sauna and pool!

Being on a business trip we did not have the time to expolore the spa, unfortunately. The hotel is OK, the beds were on the hard side for me but the room was quite. Shower in the tub is a bit cramped. The faucets were worn and gave the impression that some maintanence is needed. If you park in the...

Always very clean. Nice quiet location, but still just short walk to restaurants and shopping area. The staff is friendly and eager to meet any needs or answer questions. Nice pool/spa area. Free apples at the front desk are always delicious.

I arrived and has reserved a parking space outside as my minivan didn't fit into their garage. They organized this very well but only one problem: the parking spaces are taxi spaces directly next to bushes and I had to park my car in such a way that he is now scratched. Hotels have to stop to give half info....

Second time I stay in this hotel. It is very comfortable and well kept. Not very close to the train station, but still walking distance to the city center (20 mins). However, always a surprise. Last time I was charged twice, once by the travel agency and another one to my card. This time, my reservation appeared to not include...

The stay was pleasant, reasonable prices, good breakfast. Only issues: Only one of 2 lifts worked in this large hotel, and the hotel's location is not ideal. Access to the city center takes a good 15 min by foot and is not straight forward. You almost need a taxi to get to the hotel.

Overall I was pleased with my stay. Pros: 1. Clean rooms 2. Nice spa/exercise facility 3. Breakfast and dinners were good Cons 1. Very busy hotel and it's difficult to get an early check-in however they do allow you to use the exercise facility if you need a shower

This is a fairly large hotel about 10 minutes walk away from the town centre. It sits up on the hill so some rooms have a view of the town. The rooms are a good size and the bathrooms also a good size with a decent shower, large basin area with plenty of room for toiletries etc. I found the...
