This hotel has a great location, it is very close to the center of Münster (5 to 10 minutes). The rooms are clean, it is a little bit old style. But i think they will be rebuild the hotel. The service is very well as always in the Mercure Hotels.

We would give this hotel a much better rating, if it were not for the cramped narrow and expensive parking garage! Try to avoid this - there is a public garage 50m down the one way road with ample space at half the price! The Mercure is about 100m walking from the "Promenade" which cuts the outer city from the...

OK for a night but needs refurbishing, rooms are dated plus A/C not great. Small bar area with decent beer and OK food, if you don't want to venture out. Got a low priced deal, otherwise would have stayed at Ibis, which is close buy and has been fully refurbished.

Stay for a couple of night at this hotel. Location is excellent. 5 minutes mutes of walk to enter the old city of Münster. 5 minutes at the other way you at the train station. Just outside of hotel is an small ice cream shop located with good italics ice cream. Nice and helpful staff. Breakfast is better then OK....

We were given a quiet double room on the fifth floor, free business user wifi coupons and other benefits being an Accor Platinum member. The room was pleasant, a good size. It has adjustable window blinds so the room was particular bright during the day. This was great for checking if the room was really clean, which it was. Housekeeping...

I chose this hotel for its location and thinking that as part of a chain it would be good. Sadly, it's a disappointment. There was no bath tub, no AC. The room's size is small compared to rooms in other 4-star hotels. At least now I know I won't make the mistake of staying here again.

I stayed for 2 nights with some business colleagues here recently and the entire group thought it was an ideal location for a professional but relaxed environment in every regard - I highly recommend it

This is a godo hotel for a city trip. It is very well located, well kept and the staff is keen. The rooms are very clean, but the hotel could do with a workover. The food could be much better. Breakfast is all right. Do not use the car park: it is expensive, and there is an excellent public car...

The hotel is currently undergoing reform, so it might be why we encountered some issues. We reserved a non smoking room, but were placed in a room that had previously been a smoking room as the smell was still around in the curtains and carpet. Just because the hotel places a card saying "non smoking" in the room doesn't make...
