The hotel has spacious suites that are well decorated. No view to brag about and location is on a side street but 15 minutes from central station and less than 5 mminutes from shopping area. Staff very friendly and service oriented. Well equiped kitche. TVs are tiny and outdated. No soap holder in shower so either you put stuff on...

Apartment was clean and well appointed however the reception is not in the same building and is quite a walk away in another building, this is also where you would have breakfast, most confusing. The apartments are also on a very busy and noisy road, in the summer this would be a problem as you would not want to open...

We spent three nights in this really fine hotel! Tops. An unassuming entrance opening onto a very spacious lobby and reception area. All in light and black colors. Excellent and efficient and friendly check-in and reception. Just off the lobby is a smallish breakfast room which leads more or less to an inner patio. Our suite was sizable with a...

The apartments are clean with a balcony for smokers. The TV is from the second world war....a huuuuuuge piece of TV. The price was too high compared to other hotels or apartments. Location is ok after you got your orientation and realise where you are. They have a parking space underneath the house to be entered by a car lift...please...

Stayed here in September for 2 nights. I have been to Dusseldorf a few times and stayed in numerous places but first time I am staying in this hotel. The hotel is about 10 minutes walk from the Hauptbanhof. At first I wasn't keen on the location as it's located in a not so nice area. However after staying here...

We had a nice suite, well equiped, designed. There was a nice bedroom, with a comfortable bed, we as parents could sleep well. The hotel is calm, quiet, friendly. But our poor little son had a sofa bed in the living room. His first impression was bad about it, then he tried to sleep. It was uncomfortable, very noisy, so...

The apartment is well-located, just outside the shopping center area, and the price for a long weekend was acceptable, although you might expect that the house keeping should have noticed that the iPhone of the previous guest was laying around, the batteries of the remote control where dead. The space absorbing TV sets by the way where at least 10...

I spent only one night at this accommodation in Duesseldorf. I've been booked a suite executive that I really loved. Large enough (2 storeys furnished apartment) with a decent view over the roofs. Cleanliness and all the amenities made my staying a good staying.

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Only one of the 4 star hotels in Düsseldorf - the BURNS Art & Culture - is this beautiful! The hotel affords a central yet peaceful location at the heart of the city. Very special interior architecture awaits in 33 spacious suites. Far from the sleek designer architecture, different furnishings and artistic styles converge here to create a unique atmosphere. Imaginative fittings made of natural woods from different parts of the world contrast with cool steel. Fine natural stone flooring replaces carpet and is also ideal for allergy sufferers. ... more   less
