I spent two night during Dusseldorf fair. I made reservation via HRS. It is very difficult to get room in good price during events in the city. I spent 600 euro for two rooms for two nights. Next offer I found was 800 euro just per room per night! Crazy prices. I quess that when nothing special is in the...

I was allocated one of the smallest rooms, literally so small that you can't walk in between the TV table chair and the bed!! To compensate for this, I was told my mini-bar was free for my stay (4 nights), but this was never replaced/refilled !! And the free Wifi? Although there is one, it was pathetic and disconnected every...

I had to book a hotel last minute and both Cologne and Dusseldorf were almost completely booked because of a major trade show. So I settled for this place, which was still very expensive, but offered what seemed to be a descent combination of price and location. What I saw was underwhelming: The interior has very few design elements. It's...

We were in two triple rooms. The rooms have enough space and are clean. The bathroom and especially the shower cabin is quite small, but clean. The rooms are very simple with outdated style. The triple rooms face the street, which is quite noisy with traffic. Both the lady who checked us in as the lady who checked us out...

To be honest, the hotel has a nice location, rooms are ok for the price, look very old school but still acceptable. Cleaning is every day. However: On Sunday we went to an outlet that is 40 minutes away and shopped quite a bit, there was Prada, RL and other big brands. We had all our purchases in brand bags...

It seemed cheap and clean, but upon arrival, we discovered that what was supposed to be a non-smoker's room, was in fact a smoker's smelly room facing the main noisy avenue!! Could not get much sleep as a consequence, as there is traffic during the whole night in the city centre... Also the toilet in the bathroom has been squeezed...

Very convenint location; just 100m from "Kö" (Königsallee) and direct access to motorway. It is a basic hotel against a basic price. Nothing special. On the other hand, the prsonnel is very kind and helpfull. Also breakfast is very good. The rooms are small, so is the bathroom. Minibar and free WiFi. Everything is very clean.

This is a hotel to be avoided at all costs. Poky rooms, even pokier showers, no lift and breakfast in reception. No spare power points in single rooms. No where to set up laptop to work. Could list many more reasons Find somewhere, anywhere else P Forrest

Actually, my stay was in May of 2012 but I've been terribly lazy. The e-mail correspondence was prompt so an international traveler like myself had little to worry about. The rooms are quiet, the staff is ever so sweet, and the location is ideal. It's a quick cab ride over to the Rhine and Altstadt. I left my glasses in...
