Downstairs is really great in this hotel but the bedrooms are austere and feel as though they could almost be in a different building altogether on another planet. Saying that, the bedrooms are fine, but the differential is stark. Staff are excellent. Breakfast and the service also excellent. Shame about the rooms.

The location is very good as it is near to the main railway station (walking 5 minutes). The breakfast has a good variety. Free tram/bus pass for travel around the city. Note: The free pass is also available with some other hotels as well. Do check it However on negative side - 1) Room is small in size considering the...

If you are looking for a good basic quality city hotel, this might be an option for you. The hotel is close to the main railway station so connections are easy. Breakfast was good. On the other side of the street there is a decent Italian restaurant. Check-in and check-out was smooth.

I was in Dusseldorf for the PSI Exhibition at Messe. This is a comfortable, clean hotel situated close the the main station with shops, banks and restaurants within walking distance. A bit like a Novotel and ideal for my stay.

Stayed there for 4 nights in a twin room. Room was clean, spacious, included a fridge and overall very comfortable. Hotel was in a great location within walking distance to Dusseldorf Central station, tram stop was right at the door. Surrounded by a variety of quality pubs, restaurants and bars, many options to eat out. Staff were friendly, always cheerful,...

Truly this place is the IKEA of the hotel world: everything you need at a good price, it just feels a little mass-produced. It's clean, comfortable, safe, quiet, just two blocks from the train station. The neighborhood does have some restaurants and food options, but most of the trendy, popular areas are a healthy walk or a short tram ride...

Five minutes from HBF or take 709 to hotel. Good breakfast, lots of variety. Room okay, mini-bar but not real cold. Had a problem with shower drain of Friday and could not get it fixed until Monday. Free wifi super poor and slow. Paid for high speed for a day at 8 Euro but it sometimes did not work.

I visited InterCity Hotel a month ago. The room and bathroom was clean. The room was in general comfortable, with big windows. We asked for a room with 2 seperate beds and they gave us one. The hotel is in the center of Düsseldorf and really close to the rail station. Another huge plus is that the hotel provides us...
