Visiting a trade fair in the Messe, many hotels booked out so chose this. Pictures on line and some reviews do not do this hotel justice. I was surprised and impressed. The staff were very helpful. My room was a good size and well equipped. Bathroom very nice too. Restaurant attached to the hotel was OK, only ate there once....

My brothers and I lived in this hotel for 3 nights during Glasstec Messe Duesseldorf. It is a nice hotel which I think has recently been renovated. Rooms and the bathroom were clean and decently decorated. The room size was bit smaller. Air-condition of the room worked perfectly. Breakfast room was large with ample food choice. The selection of breakfast...

Was there two nights for business, quite a low fare compared to other business hotels. So I was not expecting much. Actually, the hotel is modern, rooms confortable, staff friendly, and there are a couple of very good/cheap restaurant in the area. On top, just 2 minutes walk to a tube station

Hotel was fine, but not the area. Plus there're like only two bar & restaurants in walking distance. One of them was not that friendly. I just didn't feel safe around that area. There're no streets lights and the streets were quiet at night.

NIce Hotel, very clean typical city business Hotel. Well equipped room even had two complimentary Beers in the fridge. Downside, I ordered a Double room and got a twin, and you can't move the beds togther. Very flimsy Duvet and Pillows were duper soft, so no the best sleep. Only BBC News or CNN in English which is poor for...

I stayed here for 3 nights during Glasstek 2016. There are a number of positives with the hotel and only a couple of negatives. First the positives. The welcoming staff all spoke English which was greatly appreciated. They were warm, professional and efficient. They also provided helpful directions to the subway and restaurant recommendations. The hotel itself could be described...

Nice to get an unexpected upgrade on arrival, complimentary croissant and friendly welcome. Free water/beer in fridge good touch and breakfast perfectly pleasant. Unusual to have potential to cook in a hotel but guess this is why it's called Living hotel!

Very polite and helpful check-in. Hotel needs to review procedure for holding luggage safely and a more positive...
