the staff is the worst I could find . I traveled a lot , but I never found it so bad as here . They have the wrong book , have not been able to help me , they bounced from one person to another . Incompetent . Very Bad.

It's a decent inexpensive clean comfy hotel. Could do with some updating - but the beds are comfy. The showers are really powerful and it's in a quiet side street 2 mins walk from all the public transport. Recommended!

The furniture is quite old and simple....but ok. At least it was clean! Staff at the desk is not the friendliest but also ok. Great location in the centre of Duesseldorf. The price is great compared to other hotels in the area. If you just need a place to stay for 1 or 2 nights and don't want to pay... More

The hotel is centrally located in Dusseldorf Mitte with an ideal location near the main railway station and also near the Old Town where all the nightlife is. Also it is right next to the Konigsalle which is a famous shopping street. The rooms are clean, spacious and well furnished and the bathroom also is very clean. The hotel provides... More

I have been there with my coleague during the trade fair and 550€ for 2 nights is too much. If you wana have shower you need enter in some dark room without light. My idea about luxury hotel is very different. Good is only location.

This hotel obviously saves on staff, it seemed to me like a brother sister, friend constellation, with Aunt or Mother helping out. Long waiting times while they do one thing at a time, no multitasking here. I have to say that they really are nice and try hard, smile a lot and do their best but are obviously not from... More

Comforatable and close to the shopping area on Konigsallee and not far from the small entertainment/nightlife area. If you're on a budget and want to stay close to shopping, this is a place you should look into. The staff was great and actually made the differece between good and bad here. Very helpful and friendly and provided great advice. The... More

The quality of this hotel is getting worse and worse. In my bedroom, the shower was dirty and you don't have any service (bathtub, hairdryer...) The braid is tiny! The reception was bad. The breackfast is correct but it miss more choices.

Simple place. It has all they state - nice good rooms, clean and comfortable, free internet. Location is bit away from the city. Become little isolated after 9 pm. Breakfast buffet is good. Single person on reception and to handle the buffet dishes. However, he managed his job pretty perfectly. No complaints regarding the services and rooms. Worth for what... More

Cannot believe a 3* rating. Only facilities in the room were a safe and a spare toilet roll. No hairdrier, phone and a slushy bed mattress as floppy as a waterbed. Breakfast was just about acceptable but there was an awful, very aggressive and unfriendly woman on check out in response to a polite enquiry about one item on the... More
