We booked a list minute stay during the X-mas Holidays. It was a very good choice. Very friendly welcome in a nice hotel. The lady at the desk was very helpful as we had to park our car as well and we could use a parking lot nearby. She also informed us on the possible restaurants in the neighborhood. The...

Well located, well presented, very clean, pleasant and good decor, however WIFI is at an extra cost. No free WIFI, surely that is a must have in any hotel. The staff are welcoming, helpful and polite. A good breakfast. I have stayed there several times and would recommend it. Tip, don't take a room on the top floor, these single...

Ideal for visiting Oberkassel or Dusseldorf. Hotel with charm and character. Friendly staff who speak good English - rooms very comfortable and clean but beware the smoking rooms.Amazing but Germany still allows smoking areas and rooms. We had to be moved but our room ( once we had moved ) was ideal. Also in the summer if you have a room at...

This Hotel has a special flavor given by the interior design, furniture , etc. I have spent some days recently there, almost not willing to go home. The most impressive was the restaurant and the chat room on the ground floor. I felt like home, and that is most important. I highly recommend this hotel for both tourists and business...

A lovely hotel! I was very pleasantly surprised by the high dose of charm and character of this hotel. The outside fits well in the nice neighbourhoud it is located in, but als on the inside it is just lovely: an old english style every where, from the staircase, to the breakfast area. All rooms are different, mine was not...

A family run hotel in Oberkassel (Düsseldorf). Very friendly and helpful staff. Nice breakfast. Overall, I like the atmosphere of the hotel. I always stay in a comfortable room which a little more expensive but the difference is not so much. Have visited the hotel the past 10 years once or twice per year, never been disappointed. In Oberkassel there...

The Hanseat hotel is located in the Oberkassel neighborhood - a quiet just over the Rhine from the heart of Dusseldorf and the business district. Parking is sometimes hard to come by on nearby streets but the hotel is in walking distance to nice restaurants and nightlife. Hotel staff is quite friendly and all the rooms are unique (and spacious!)....

The Hotel Hanseat is in Oberkassel, a quiet mid-upscale community across the Rhine from the Altstadt or Old Town. Oberkassel has lots of nice little restaurants and shops and it is totally away from the tourist areas. If you want to get to the tourist areas, it only takes ten minutes by tram from the hotel. The people at the...

Has a lovely garden with ornaments, seats, etc. Also lovely 'smoking rooms' even tho we don't smoke. Looks are deceptive since it is situated alongside the shops on the main road . We stayed in the double room facing the main road. No complaints about the view. Rooms looks a bit tired and there is no lift. So, we had...
