This hotel is close to the train and bus station. Walking distance to shops and old town. Our room was good, especially liked the coffee machine in our room. Staff friendly. Not a lot of restaurant choices around the hotel, you have to walk further afield or eat at the hotel. only complaint was the very small bathroom. Shower itself...

What can I say, other than this is a typical German business hotel. The staff are pleasant, but not exactly friendly. The bar is soulless and serving acceptable, but bland food. The rooms are acceptable, though very much on the small side. It's not that I wouldn't stay here again, but I wouldn't be rushing back. There are many hotels...

I obviously checked in at the right time because, for the first time ever, I got upgraded to a sweet in the apartments at the rear of the hotel. I have to say they were excellent - even if getting there was a bit odd - you have to go through the car park! Excellent rooms, excellent coffee maker, excellent...

Only a 5 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof (which is the most sensible way of entering the city from the airport as its quick, reliable and only costs 2.40 Euro) and then perhaps another 20 minutes to the Altstadt. It is also nearby a number of U-Bahn stations, making its location perfect for business and leisure travellers. The rooms are...

Stayed for two nights in a double room. Weird: got a twin room even though a double has been booked. TV channels: all German apart from CNN. Clean, cosy, warm. Spacious. WiFi very expensive: EUR3 for 1hour and EUR9 for 24 hours. Connection could be better, but it worked for regular browsing. There is one PC with free internet and...

We really enjoyed this hotel which we stayed in for a short break while we toured the Christmas markets and the — superb — modern art galleries. Our room was 614 and at first we were worried by the one lift - what would it be like at breakfast tiem? But there was never a problem. Oue view was over...

The hotel looks professional, and the service quality is high. However, three things spoiled the trip for me: (1) single rooms are tiny and look much smaller than what is depicted in the hotel photos (2) the carpet has a bit of a smell (3) cleaning ladies tried to open the room at 9am (although they should know that there...

The evening menu 7/12 did not look very interesting. In the bar, only three of the white wines on the wine list were actually available and the one I chose was dull. I ate a beef sandwich in my room which was very good. The breakfast was excellent. Early morning coffee brought up to my room was not nice; why...

Nice hotel, convenient from the main station. Rooms well sound insulated so no traffic noise. Breakfast was excellent. Only downside was the failure to connect to the internet with their wifi system. I could get a wifi connection but not to internet, except in the lobby. This was a major incovenience.
