It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, nothing spectacular. The breakfast was overpriced for €28. I had booked a business room and the bed was comfortable, room was clean and the place was ok. Not much character though, it felt like an airport hotel.

No bottle water in the room. Secure lift access by room card to hotel rooms. Breakfast was adequate. Enough varieties for different tastes. Good breakfast area. Easy accessible taxi service next...

We spent 5 days at the Nikko Hotel. our room was definitely spacious and comfy, however the space provided for clothes was not sufficient to accommodate 2 people winter gear. service (house keeping) can be slow at times. definitely the equipment for the bathroom (towels and robes) must improve: we have been provided only with a limited amount of it...

Clean, friendly staff, good location, but very expensive. Also, breakfast for €28...!? Parking is also quite expensive but we found another garage around the corner. Sky spa sounded great, but entrance was another additional fee.

I went straight down to reception hoping to change room but was told there were no other room available. I asked if they could send the cleaner to the room and spray the...

the room is ok. the thermostat doesn't really work. but that's ok. ish. the wifi is just ridiculous. such a joke, and the staff are really not equipped to help you. they are blatantly trying to rip you off. i've stayed in tiny hotels in provincial scandinavia that have better service and business amenities than this place. it's just a...

I was on a business trip with Jacqui and we chose to stay at the Nikko. It ticked all the boxes, had a great pool area and the rooms are bright, clean and airy. A nice touch to have slippers and gowns in a business hotel as well. Check in was fast and efficient

The Nikko is a simple, Japanese business hotel. It has everything you need for a business trip and is extremely conveniently located in walking distance to many business and shopping places. Don't expect too many extras unless you ask for. Staff were extremely helpful.
