We spent 5 nights here after weeks of trying to find the "Perfect Hotel". The Hotel isnt Perfect, but it is pretty good. The Location is the major plus point!! Next to the hotel is a lovely park that feels like a world away from a city. Across the road from the Hotel is the Konigsalle which is a VERY pretty street with a small canal running through it. A two minute walk has you at the riverfront with cracking views and 5 minutes has you at the TV Tower. Perfect for exploring the major sights. The Hotel is a 10 minute walk from the main train station and as it is flat, it's relitevely straight forward. Our room (535) looked out over a small park and large glass office complex accross the street. Every morning we sat at our large windows (which opened right up), had a bite to eat and watched/listened to the Parakeets(!!) as they made their way from tree to tree - fantastic. The room was clean and although we didnt recieve the complimentary water (4 star and advertised) the coffee pods were welcomed! There was a safe, hair dryer, Nespreso machine, large TV and plenty room. The bathroom was spacious with a deep overshower bath. The Lobby/Reception area is very modern and the glass lifts are a cool feature. Check in and check out was very simple. Covid19 - face coverings in common areas and hand sanitiser provided at the entrance. Staff were compliant also. We felt very safe and comfertable. Very enjoyable stay. Not quite a 4 Star but close enough. Would stay again.

I have visited this hotel with my partner. Bear in mind that it supposed to be 4* hotel. So I went to the the bar in the hotel and asked barmen for a knife and fork and his reply was “ are you buying anything or are you lying like everyone else? All you do is lying” I thought it was weird but then thought it is a joke and left. Then my partner went downstairs to ask for ice and two glasses. So my partner went to ask and he was told no you cannot have glasses. ooook then. So he asked for ice and bartenders reply was are you buying me a drink? We were like what the hell is going on. This is supposed to be 4* hotel and this is the service we get?!!!! I have no words. Management really need to look at how their staff attends to their guests. I must say that reception staff was great and location is amazing but bartender really had to ruin it with his attitude and demands. Would I recommend it for location - yes definitely but because of the bartender and I have to highlight it only because of him I would say for your money you will get better service somewhere else. At least you won’t feel like you are stealing ice and glasses.

Absolute joke of a hotel. I asked for a bucket of ice and two glasses and I got greeted with attitude, it’s a bucket of frozen water wtf? Definitely not a four star hotel lol. You have a coffee machine in the room but no mugs, we didn’t complain, asked for mugs and they arrived, no issues at all. The car park is wank unless you have a g wizz that you can pick up and move or a bicycle. Awful hotel and awful service. I will eat my own poo before I stay here again. If you want some ice in your hotel room, book another hotel. Btw, brought the ice because he knew he was an idiot, refused to provide two glasses though?? 😀 I had acl and meniscus reconstruction surgery so the ice was for my knee. Either way, I have never experienced this level of service in my life...

First of all, I have to say it was one of the most difficult reviews I have ever written. Because the staff was obliging and friendly in any way, but the room was worn and partly dirty what, in my opinion, must not be in a four star rated hotel. But step by step. The hotel is located close to the southern end of the famous Königsallee, the most expensive and luxurious street for shopping in the city. So it is really central and suited for a trip to shop and sightseeing. The breakfast is befitting a hotel of the four star categories rank. The room was very disappointing. The bed sheet had a big crack, the bathroom was dirty in a way that should not be with a hotel group like Leonardo, the tap of the bathtub was green on the fringes, the tiles on the wall of the bathtub were dirty, the basket were you can put your items while having a shower was was crooked, you did not get new, clean bed linen and what was really difficult for us, you had to sleep with a blanket made for cold winter days when having 35° C (95° F) outside. When complaining at the staff the did the best to compensate for our inconvenience and offers to change the room - so many thanks to the staff I was really appreciated of their professionalism, but instead of that you can imagine that in from my point of view such things should not happen in a Leonardo hotel. To come to the summary of my review I have to say the location is brilliant, the staff is too, but the room was not (which does not mean, every room is like ours).
