The actual room looked much better than the ones displayed on the official site of this hotel - and that was a pleasant surprise! The room was spacious and had much everything I needed - TV with an English channel (BBC), toiletries, comfy bed and pillows, and work desk. Breakfast was more than adequate- lots of bread and spread, cold...

Not a bad hotel really, but, the shower in our room didn't drain so when you had a shower the tray filled up really fast. It was also really slippery! We had a room that was on the main street, but actually it wasn't really noisy, with the windows closed. We were there for 4 days but the floor wasn't...

Been here on a business trip and stayed here for one night. The room was pretty basic but neatly. Due to the slope roof the curtains didn't have any function. I was planning for a 3 star rating but because of the fact that this is the first hotel with a normal pillow on the bed instead of a stamp...

If it would not have been about the receptionist on duty when we arrived, this hotel would have been given a better report. We arrived here for a short stay, and being honest, would we have not been here before, we would have walked out immediately. Talking about incompetence...Anyway, once we explained who we were, what our address was and...

We stayed here for for an overnight stay whilst driving from Berlin to Amsterdam. We only chose Osnabruck because of its location near to the main road to Amsterdam. Having taken a walk into the town centre, it appears to have seen better days and seemed somewhat run-down. We wanted a hotel with secure private parking. On arrival, we discovered...

This hotel is a mixed bag through and through. Whilst on the door it says 3 stars I'm not sure who that's according to. When I walked in (at 2300) I was greeted by the night porter who told me all I needed to know and pointed me in the direction of my room. The room itself was massive, but...

I stopped at this quaint little town just outside of Hanover Germany for the night. I was on my way to Amterdam and thought I should get some sleep before continuing the long drive. I found this hotel located in the heart of Osnabrück and thought it was such a great luck that I found it. I was immediately disappointed...

Another hotel we stayed in for a convention. The hotel staff is extremely nice and friendly. They remember us and always book us in the same room. The hotel has that typical 70 's / 80's feel a lot of family owned hotels ( I don't mean the big chain hotels ) in Germany have. But the room we stay...

“Never book a room here. They will tell you wi-fi is included. It's a bait and switch. It is not true. It is only free if you have local mobile telephone number so they can bombard you with advertisement texts. Otherwise, if you're a foreigner, you will pay 25 Euros for one hour.”
