Lovely hotel that offers a full spa department for you to soak your aching muscles! The rooms are spacious enough, the beds are comfortable and the building is so quiet: you are guaranteed a good rest! And most important: they accept dogs! This hotel delivers more than you assume. Situated near the centre, it offers free and safe parking, good surroundings to walk the dog, simple but good breakfast buffet, very helpful staff, particularly Khaled in the reception and the Schöne Hausfrau! We were given extra towels, helped with electricity problem and were given a kettle to make my night tea. We love staying here! The picture of Mr Clyde enjoying his siesta💓🐕🚙

I've previously stayed here when in nearby Brake for business, and I'll stay here again. The room has all I need and I found it comfortable. Reception are friendly and helpful (even with my poor german). The Breakfast selection is good. The onsight bar is nice and convenient for the evenings and they serve decent light meals. The swimming pool and Jacuzzi are a nice bonus and I enjoyed using them in the mornings.

The hotel does not have a very modern look. It looks like you step 20 years back in time, although the bathrooms are renovated. The rooms are clean and neatly. The bed is not too hard and the pillows are very soft, but I had a good night sleep. There were 2 small water bottles in the room on the desk. These are not complementary but you need to pay euro 3.70, which too me is a ripoff. The breakfast buffet is ok, not a large assortment, but enough for everyone’s taste.

The hotel is build in the early 80's and wel... nothing changed really. The bathrooms are refurbished and nice, now the rest to follow ;) Breakfast is good, lots of choice and quality food. A real downer was the wifi. I was here for work and the wifi at the rooms couldn't make connection as promised. You had to stand in the hallway to connect. So if you just need a good night sleep you are fine here, but I don't suggest it when you are here for a full experience.

We've stayed in this hotel with a group. Rooms (except for a few suites) too little and full of dust. Only tea, american coffee, bread, marmelade and a little bit of ham for breakfast. The blond man at the reception very rude and unkind. Pool and sauna really comfortable. One of the WORST hotel I've ever been.

Our room was clean, quiet, and the staff was very nice. I really appreciated the "cheaper" breakfast for 10 Euros for adults and 5 Euros for kids. Most hotels charge 15-20 and it's just not worth it. This buffet was great and they also have free coffee to go! Also free wifi! There's a nice pub for cocktails and my kids really enjoyed the pool area. Highly recommend!

A pleasant enough hotel. Reasonable rooms, no gym - only a pool and whirlpool. The Internet is free in the lobby, but they have an arrangement with T-Mobile for the rooms, which is not cheap, and for some reason I could not get to work. Channels on the TV were fairly minimal. Breakfast was good and there is a very nice restaurant attached to the hotel as well as a reasonable bar that is open quite late. A passable hotel, fine for some business travel. Good location as well near the center and train station.

I stayed here on a business trip to nearby Rastede. I walked from the train station to the hotel in about 10 minutes. You pass the Ewe Arena on the way. The hotel is next door to the Weser-Ems-Halle. My room had plenty of room for just myself. There was a mini-bar in the room. Downstairs, they have a pool and hot tub room. The pool is about 7 feet deep all the way around, but there was a ledge about 5 feet down along the edge of the pool. You go to the front desk to request robes and towels. There is a restaurant and a separate bar. The breakfast buffet in the morning (included)had more than eneough options for a meal. The Altstadt area of the city is a mile away (you go pass the train station on the way there). The only complaint I could make is with their wi-fi availablility. It was not in the rooms, you had to go down to the lobby. The area is a quiet one as the hotel is located away from the main street traffic. I would hesitate coming back here again.

A large hotel but very quiet when we stayed there. Plenty of parking and only a ten minute walk to the train station or the centre of town. Rooms not particularly spacious but very comfortable and clean - probably could do with updating. Reception area pleasant and all staff very courteous and very helpful. Excellent breakfasts with a vast array of cold and cooked food. Plenty of places to eat in Oldenburg - close to the main church we ate well at a traditional German restaurant. The steak house which was only five minutes away from the hotel [mentioned in the previous review] was doing excellent business. Judging by the breakfasts the dinner would have been good in the hotel. Swimming and whirl pools on the ground floor were very good and under-used. Bremen very close by train with plenty to do in that interesting city.

I have just returned from a 3 night stay at this hotel and was very pleased with everything this hotel had to offer. The location of this hotel is great because its located away from the main road and is a 15 min walk to the main shops in Oldenburg. The hotel itself is great when you walk in you can sense a touch of class with it fine decor and friendly hotel staff always willing to help to your every needs. The dinning room is spacious and clean with a nice buffet breakfast in the morning to get you going or if you fancy a swim then no problem go to the inside heated good sized swimming pool with palm trees around its very nice!! but 1 thing i have to point out is that after you reach the last step when you enter the pool dont expect a shallow end its all deep and was unable to touch the bottom without the head going under, this might be a concern to younger kids or weak swimmers!!. The room is nice also with clean bed linen and carpets and shower room with small supplies of shampoo, the pillow was very soft so i phoned down for an extra one without any proplem. In all this is a great hotel in a good location. If you really want a great steak dinner go out the hotel turn left on main road walk about 10 mins the restaurant sits on your left you cant miss it, sorry i forget the name but its the best steak ive had ever!!!!.
