This is a small comfortable budget hotel in walking distance of the city centre. I have stayed there twice & I will stay there again whenever I visit Hannover. A feature is the generous breakfast. The rooms are spacious & clean. The staff all speak English. Hotel Flora is old-fashioned, but is excellent value.

We were very pleased with our stay at Hotel Flora. We arrived quite late, and were able to access our room key by using a keycode at the door. The room was typically sparse, but clean and comfortable. We even had our own little balcony with an outdoor table and chairs. The owner provides a (German) breakfast buffet in the...

What I liked was the approach of the staff, who are nice. The room is clean and neat. Don't go by website photos, which may mislead you or give you an impression that it is a very big hotel. it is not so. It is a very small hotel with few nicely done rooms and that's all I can say....

The reception was kind and helpful. The rooms clean (if a bit old fashion) and quiet. The personell was very helpful in indicating how to get around the city of Hannover by public transportation. The room was quiet. I enjoyed my stay. William N

I came in the late evening when the owner, Stevan, was about to go home. He took his time to make sure I settled and comfortable before he left. This kind service of family hotel makes the difference from ordinary hotels. There's no lift in the hotel which is common in old buildings in Germany. Breakfast is always the same:...

This is a family-run hotel, 3 bus stops away from Hauptbahnhof Hannnover, and 30-40 minutes from Hannover Messe. The building is a little old, albeit the room I stayed in was quite large. The owners/managers are friendly and courteous. The location is calm and easily accessible. The hotel has no elevator. If you have a problem with stairs, you can...

Friendly, helpful staff and decent rooms and breakfast. My only suggested improvement would be to the so-called ‘double bed’, really just two singles pushed together and which easily separated. Install a real double bed and the room would be perfect.

The main reason we stayed here was because it was a couple of blocks from where my husband's tante (aunt) lives. This is where she has all of her guest stay because her flat is too small for overnight guests. We stayed here near the beginning of our three weeks in Europe and near the end. The hotel staff was...

I stayed in this hotel for 1 night, in a visit to Hannover. The room was not very nice or big, but it was very comfortable (bed, wardrobe, table, 2 chairs, TV, small tables, small lamps). The bathroom (inside the room) was correct but very small. The shower was nice. TV and free internet connection, which worked very well. The...

I stayed in this Hotel 3 times and all the times there was very good service, good quite clean numbers, tasty breakfast. And the Hotel is situated quite near the Main Station and Historical part of Hannover.
