At Euro 65...I should have known... The fifteen minute walk from Rodelheim train station is actually closer to 25, and at times it is hard to find a path, so take a taxi. The Gasthaus, for Hotel implies that which it is not, is situated in a small close just after a large garden centre. It looks as this it...

This place is a short drive from the centre of Frankfurt. Not the most welcoming place and the rooms are very sparse to say the least - ours definitely didn't feel like the bright welcoming rooms represented in the pictures. They are large rooms but feel rather empty. The laminate flooring was coming apart in front of the bathroom and...

If you don't bother walking a lot, then you might choose this hotel, which is very far from any public transport. In the surrounding there isn't anything to do, or to see or where to go.. The hotel is then simply made of two floors of a jointly-owned building. The reception is underground. Is wasn't that clean

The first impression was not so good. It was hard to find, because it is in a very small street in an industrial area. The reception was in the basement. Breakfast was not included and was 6 Euro per person per night. However, when we went to our room, we found a spacious room, a good bathroom, good beds (quadruple...

A bad experience overall. The advertised free WI-FI didn't work in my room. The room was noisy with water pipes running inside the walls (I think). Whenever the next room customer has a bath, I couldn't sleep! The staff was unhelpful and unsympathized over my problems with noise and the lack of internet connection! They promised to change my rooms,...

when you think of germans, you may think "efficient." This hotel is the opposite. the entire experience was a disaster from the booking to handling issues that come up. if you like surprises and being charged unfairly, this is a is a good choice. if you are looking for no hassle travel, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We spent 4 nights on a business trip in this hotel. It was during the Soccer World Cup in Germany, and the prices were extremely high: 90 EUR per night for two of the four nights and 160 EUR (!) per night for the other two nights. The original, normal price is about 40 EUR per night ---and the hotel...
