The procedure to take 50 Euro guarantee for the Minibar at your arrival, shows the level you start dealing with. Front Desk nightshift officers are rude, unpolite and aggressive. If you are lucky they will just treat you with no respect. Avoid if you can!!!

The location is very close to Zeil street and the Konstablerwache station which means that there is a good and comfortable accessibility to all other points of the city public transportation. Breakfast is a very wide variety of food to choose from. Very close to MyZeil and the Historic areas. I advice this Hotel and I will reserve it again...

Unnecessarily apologetic welcome from what seemed to be the manager as there were no more parking spaces although I hadn't indicated we'd be arriving by car. Manager or not, this employee was an excellent representative of his hotel, great English and all round friendly and helpful. Location is in a quiet back street, we were one floor up and heard...

Well located in the city center and close to the old city. We booked three double room and explicitely chose double bed when booking. When arriving they gave us two single beds so we kindly complain. It was midnight and the poor guy downstairs asked us to claim the day after to his manager. The day after the manager was...

We stayed in this Hotel for 7 nights. Not in a very good area. Brealfast not up to much. Staff are not friendly. Think this Hotel should only have a two star rate. Would not use it again nor would we recommend it. I think they should remove the name "Grand" as it is far from that.

Everything about this hotel sinks the spirits. From the cheap decor and furnishings to the naff LED lights behind the bar; you get the impression that the uncomfortable and badly laid out rooms are designed to be rented by the hour to the visitors of the nearby red light district, rather than by business people or tourists staying for several...

The room is nice and the WiFi was included (however I think it's free only with certain types of room). The breakfast has variety of sausages, eggs, as well as cold buffet and more. It is also well located (close to the main shopping street and U/S Bahn). I was heading to Eschborn every day for work, which is a...

A very average hotel in my opinion which is located in a sketchy neighbourhood near the central station. A double room contained 2 single beds with very hard pillows and breakfast was very just catered for the Arabic customers. Hotel offers wifi which seemed to be of an acceptable speed.
