Very good quality/price rate. It's the typical hotel for business trips. No luxury but confortable and clean. The breakfast is really good, I do recommend to include it in your reservation. The staff is very friendly. The only negative aspect is that the restaurant only opens for breakfast. I will go back again for sure

Everything went smoothly at this hotel. It is clean, well run, and good value. I had room 120 overlooking a garden. It was quiet and quite big. I didn't have the breakfast as I thought 14 euros was expensive. I may have been wrong. I took the 17 or 172 bus from the nearby station back to the hotel each day after sightseeing.

Room Tip: Facing the back is quietest, but the street is not noisy anyway.

We stayed here for 5 nights in December. Our room was modern and lovely, and faced the street. My father was next to us, and I could never him running water, etc, so the rooms are very quiet and private. The hotel is 3 minutes from the bus stops, and there is a new bus line, the #17, that takes you to Central Station in less time than the train. The train station is about 8 minutes away. There are several restaurants, bars and large grocery store nearby. The grocery store has a bakery in it, and it's very good. We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

The Heikotel is a good, quiet place to stay for a couple of days in Hamburg. I was there for 3 nights. I had a room at the top floor, which was nice and tidy, with coffee. It was quite hot though. The breakfast was really good. The service was helpful and friendly. We could park our car at the premises of the hotel. The U-Bahn was on close distance. And for those who like walking, like me: it was beautiful walk, along the Alster, to the city centre and harbour.

Room Tip: Maybe a room on a lower floor has a better temperature when it is hot outside.

I have to say this hotel was pretty good and quiet. Clean and quite a few stuff in the room like for a Euro you can have yourself a nice cup of Tschibo coffee. I did not have breakfast since I find 15 Euros be a wee too much but otherwise the hotel is a super spot. Near the Ubahn as well. Parking is available...
