We have stayed at this hotel on 4 occasions and each time it has been excellent. It's easy to get to the hotel by public transport from the airport and just as easy to get into the city centre. We have stayed here during the carnival period each time and really enjoyed everything about the trip.the hotel us very clean...

Very good hotel. The rooms are new, confortable and well cleaned. Parking for guests cars is included in the room price. Breakfast is also good and the hotel staff too. Nobody at the reception during the night, but it's not a problem.

Having looked for a reasonably priced hotel in Central Hamburg, they were either too expensive, fully booked or places that looked a bit dubious. I then found this small hotel, read some reviews and decided that I would stay. Even though it is about a 25 minute train journey from Hamburg HBF to Nuegraben, S Bahn ( S3 line) towards...

The hotel has all you need. Nice rooms, nice and pleasant staff, excellent breakfast, a fridge open 24h with drinks for your pleasure 😀 The location is not as nice. Heavy traffic and a limited number of places to eat. The Pizza place Atol (?) not far off has our higest recommendations

We stayed one night at this hotel, while on route to another place. Check in was straightforward even though we arrived on Sunday afternoon after the check in desk had closed. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms modern and clean.. The choices for breakfast were superb, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Private car park which was convenient and secure.

One night stay with couple and 3m old baby. The staff was very accommodating and the room was spotless. Quiet night, although we had a room in the back (garden view) and the street out front is quite busy. Good connection by train to Hamburg (~ 30min) and excellent breakfast.

We had a 1,5 year old boy and they prepare a seat and service for him too!! Very friendly staff. Very easy to reach city center, just one train no need to change at any stops. Nice to remember Hamburg that way!

We needed a hotel between Hamburg and the Wildpark Schwarze Berge and found this little gem. Near the S-Bahn Neugraben is it easily accessible and although it takes 30 into Hamburg it is a lot more affordable. The rooms and bathrooms were not huge but very clean, especially the bathroom. We especially enjoyed their breakfast buffet which had several types...
