Lovely hotel with friendly and professional staff. Have used the hotel before as the location is perfect if you want to walk into town. And easy to get to, on car. I recomend this place..and will get back.

I absolutly enjoyed the time at the Hotel. The Hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. Upon arrival I just needed to show the reservation and my ID. Checkin was really quick, and we've got a free upgrade, which was nice. The room itself was big and nice. Thanks for letting us stayed in your hotel.

I would recommend travelers be careful when selecting rooms on higher floors since they charge more for it. The ads will show you a nice city view while in fact, you can just view the nearest building (from which other people can watch you in fact, so not really private). Other than that, this hotel has awful blue lights in the elevators, so you can feel uncomfortable after being there. Pros: good location, friendly staff, free access to the minibar, adjustable beds, spacey rooms.

This is a beautiful property with nice rooms. The superior rooms have a high ceiling and the outside wall is of glass. Even bathrooms give an impression being larger and fancier than the standard Scandic bathrooms. The only minus is that there are only two sockets for plugging one's gear. This time I was given room 1633 which is at the level of huge Scandic neon lights on the outside wall. Pigeons kept knocking on the window early in the morning which made it impossible to sleep. Perhaps one should install "pigeon nails" on these neon lights. This property could be easily more than four stared if the service were better. Check-in is slow with toing and froing. In the morning there are not enough of capacity for check out without a long wait. The receptionist did not offer to reserve a breakfast slot, and the breakfast coordinator just said in the German style: not my mistake. Not wanting to go to the room with a tray, it took her 10 minutes to come and propose that I could have my breakfast at the bar. BF per se was very nice. The minibar included in the price contained an open wine bottle. I feel this all is sad with a view to the enormously beautiful property. I will give this hotel one more try and then look for something else.
