It's a nice and tidy hotel over all. The staff is friendly. The rooms are nice and new and clean. But here are some details about why it doesn't get a full score from us: - It usually takes quite a long time to get service in the bar/restaurant, we had to ask in the reception to get help... at a time when there was no que anywhere. - When we ordered something to drink in the bar/restaurant, we got dirty glasses two days in a row, and had to notify the waiter about it. - One evening the kitchen in the bar/restaurant was closed, without there being any written info about this anywhere. - We never quite figured out the system on the breakfast... we saw some people wearing gloves, but there were no instructions regarding this, and noone to ask... - The rooms have dark walls and dark curtains. We wished for more light sources than was provided Good to know: - The beds are soft - For those travelling with medication that needs to be stored cool: There is no fridge/mini bar in the hotel rooms. But you can ask to put it in the fridge in the bar/restaurant. - The elevator doesn't go up before you hold your roomcard-key up to the round scanner that is in the elevator. Nobody informed us about this. - really good water pressure in the shower 😁😁

A clean but super tiny room. A below standard breakfast for €12 per person per day and you have 30 minutes for breakfast. Only one of their staff speaks English. Parking (€10 per day) has signs by the barrier but only in German. For £80 a night, I would totally ignore this hotel and look elsewhere.

My husband and I recently visited this hotel as we visit Germany often to see friends. This hotel was really modern and had great facilities. The best thing about this hotel is the beds, i loved them that much I was searching to find out if I can buy the bedding at home. They don’t provide tea and coffee facilities in the room however this maybe due to Covid. The location is outside of the centre so please do some research prior as we had to walk to get public transport or get a taxi. If you have not been to Germany before this is not a problem but please research first. The hotel is not far from a main road so great if you hire a car. Not many restaurants around it however there is a great one at the hotel and if you are happy to walk 15 mins from the hotel you will find a few restaurants not too far. Overall a great place to stay.
