Travel to Hamburg fairly often on business and decided to try a hotel near to the centre of town, not disappointed with this one. The welcome by the reception staff was great, friendly and very welcoming. Room a little small and the view not great, it an office, but hey can not everything. 1 minute walk from the Alstadt and...

Stayed for a weekend for the Xmas market. You can walk to the city center in 10-15 minutes, depending on your speed. Hotel is very well located and has nice rooms, good lobby bar/lounge and not least a really good breakfast. Can only recommend!

We stayed here as a family (2 adults, 1 kid) for a couple of nights. The location is perfect, next to the shopping area and very close to the nearest metro station. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the room was nice and clean, the breakfast good and the wifi worked perfectly. Although our room faced a very busy...

Not a bad choice for your Hamburg trip. Not bad at all! If you consider Germany to be a service desert, than this hotel is certainly an oasis! Meanwhile most 4 stars hotels (DEHOGA classification) offer more or less the same range of service. Hence, it is difficult to say which is better. The differences are marginal. But here you...

The Hotel is very well located, just next to Colonaden. You can easily walk to many tourist attractions. You are also next to beautiful parks which are perfect for a morning jogging..The rooms are just enough for any needs. There is even a make-up mirror which is essential. But some of the essential amenities are missing such as little body...

Great Hotel, well located, excellent quality/price relation, I will recommend. Do not hesitate to book the "surprise package". You'won't regret. The Baseler Hof will be my next hotel If I go back to Hamburg.

Bed was comfortable and the whole room was clean. Staff is very helpful. When you book this hotel you have a 3-day transport card free. Location is perfect, in front of Alster lake and close to Rathaus.

Room was lovely. Nice ad clean on he 1st floor. The one thing I would say abut it was extremely stuffy with no AC so we had to sleep with the window wide open. Staff were lovely and very helpful. You are also given a 3 day travel pass for free which comes in very handy for busses or the...

They don't respect their concellation policy and they don't have any consideration for their customer. We book a room with a 48 hour before arrival cancellation without fee, we cancel on time but we get charged for the cancellation fees anyway. They are liars, don't spend your money there.
