I had to book this at very short notice, as another booking had fallen through. This is a great little hotel on a quiet suburban street. It is a little way out from the city centre but easy to reach on the no. 4 tram. The hotel is clean, tidy with en suite rooms. The rooms are of medium size, even the single my mother had was better than most. The bar is very good, the staff extremely helpful and welcoming. The breakfast is the usual self service continental variety but is good and plentiful. Highly recommended.

Stayed here on an overnight stay in a single room. The staff at reception was cheerful and friendly and check in was easy. All staff I spoke with had good English. Judging by the guys I saw around the hotel it appears to be frequented by work gangs but that's no problem. There is no lift in the hotel, but I was on the first floor so not too many stairs. The room itself was clean, the bed comfortable and the shower hot. The included breakfast was the standard German breads, cold meats, fruit and all was fresh. There was no noise and sleeping was good. There was free parking, however it's on the street out the front and I was lucky to jag a park at the front door. It's a pretty narrow street so if you arrive late parking could be a problem. I'd stay here again.

We used the hotel for an overnight stay. The hotel is easy to find from the E234 provided you DON'T go over the first fly over after the motorway! Turn right at the roundabout and left at the end. Friedhofstraase is fourth on the right with a Mexican Restraunt on the corner (there is also a small sign just before the lights). Our room was clean, large and airy but there is no air conditioning which could be a problem in the summer. The reception was friendly, English speaking and very helpful. Breakfast is in the dining room and is a typically hearty Germanic affair At the end of the road is late opening Netto, (good) Mexican restraunt and regular tram service into the centre of Bremen (buy tickets on the tram). Within walking distance is the Focke Museum. Would recommend to anyone who wants a reasonably priced hotel for passing through or visiting Bremen
