Beautiful hotel, exceeded my expectations and the photographs online. Felt very grand and luxurious when walking in. Staff were friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. Best sleep I’ve had in ages. Bed was very big and comfortable. Even let us check in early which was great after a very early morning travelling.

We stayed in Classic double room. Pros: 1) They satisfied all of our special requirements during Easter days, room in high floor with balcony. 2) Excellent location in the heart of Berlin, quiet neighborhood, near to many bus stops and metro. 3) Very clean room and balcony, good amenities, nice decoration. 4) Good breakfast variety (European and Turkish delights), with both cold and warm dishes and live meal preps (It was a pity that pancakes were not cooked properly). 5) Staff was friendly enough. 6) They kept our luggages after check out. Cons: 1) Small room, not enough space for 2 luggages and a second chair. 2) Bed and pillows are not very comfortable for us.

Hotel is very nice, well located and beautiful. The room is nice too although it could have been larger. There were some details that could have been better. In the restroom, to change the shower from one to another, it was very hard, after the shower was on. Also, there's not enough space to put xampu and soap in the shower. I had to put all my things in the floor. I also expected the quality of the xampu and shower gel to be better for this kind of hotel. One day I left the Do Not Disturb sign on, and when I came back, someone had entered my room to leave a package. If the sign was on nobody should have entered. I found very bad the location of the gym. I was in the 6th floor, so I had to go to another floor, walk all way around, get some stairs, to get another elevator... Too much work.. Breakfast was good, many delicious options. Concierge service is the best with Sebastian and Sam. Both very nice! …

The hotel is perfectly situated for both sightseeing and shopping. Breakfast was wonderful- omelets and pancakes etc made to order and a great selection of warm and cold foods. The restaurant was a good option in the evening too, with first rate meat and great service. We asked for quiet rooms and both 529 and 522 were perfect and facing courtyards.
