My son and I stayed here for 3 nights. It was in a great location and lovely and quiet. The room we had was a twin room. It was nice a big 2 single beds that are fixed. One side being closer to the wall. The shower was a really nice room and the showers were very powerful. I loved the tilt mirror in the wetroom as it was a great concept me being 5ft4 and my son being 6ft. You could just tilt up or down. It is in walking distance to all amenities, trams, and train station. There were little cafes in the suburbs and the people there were lovely and welcoming. The wifi was free and was perfect service.
We spent one night in this hotel. The lady at the reception was kind and helpful even if we arrived late.We could park our car inside the garden - free of charge, but I recommend to make a reservation for it as there's a limited space. The room was big enough with many lockers and cabs and a bathroom was set up for disabled people. A bed was comfortable with simple blankets and pillows.I was pleased by the cleanliness everywhere. A bottle of a water was a nice compliment after long travelling. The final payment took quite long time, so maybe pay the day before your departure.
We have been here for the first time and just for one night. The hotel is located outside of Berlin. It's not a 5* hotel with luxury products and stuff but this is anyway not the concept. We arrived and were welcomed from a lovely person. My friend wanted to iron her pants and asked if she could have a iron. The lady from the reception took care and ironed it for her. So lovely. Thanks for that. The rooms are spacious and the bed is really comfortable. The showers are great. The rooms and showers are designed for handicapped persons with or without wheelchair. Breakfast was included. The little buffet was lovely. The breakfast lady took care of us and made fresh homemade scrambled eggs with onions and bacon. Really tasty. I was happy to stay there, to see that people in such a big city can be extremely happy and friendly and provide a great service. The hotel is not just for handicapped people. It's great for everyone. Thanks for having us. …
this hotel has facilities designed to be handicap (people in wheelchairs) friendly. The rooms have lots of space and the same for bathrooms. It not far from S-bahn Kalrshorst (15 min walk) though it's better to take the tram for two stops to shorten the trip. The breakfast is quite good, excellent bread, choice of cold cuts, jams, boiled eggs and fruits. The zone is very quiet and I barely notice trams passing by. Reception is not open around the clock but you are delivered with a card giving access to hotel even when there's no staff. A safe and comfortable choice in Berlin with decent prices, I'll go there again.
Located in Karlshorst, in old East Berlin. Reception are very helpful in giving directions and travel advice, and they look really pleased to welcome guests. Close to Karlshorst S Bahn station, which links to the centre of Berlin in about 20 minutes. Rooms are spotless, with large wetroom bathrooms, and unusually, the rooms and bathrooms are designed to accomodate wheelchairs. Taxi to Schonefeld took 30 mins and cost € 25 Hotel has nice outdoor terrace (unfortunately it rained when I stayed), and a small but good restaurant. Service is very personal and very friendly. Only faults are that the bed has a "fluffy" undersheet and just a duvet, with no nice crisp sheet, and there is no air conditioning in the rooms. Very different from the standard "business" hotel, and all the better for that difference. Reallymore like an up-market guesthouse. For instance, the reception is not manned in the evening, and you just use your doorkey to open the front door of the hotel. Excellent disabled access and this is actually a speciality of the hotel. Quirky is a good word for it, and I would have no hesitiation in visiting again.…
