Okay. This place got progressively worse. On paper it looked like a good deal to fill in 2 nights cheaply before going to a decent hotel. They have wifi - but it runs slower than dialup and couldn't maintain a skype call. They have private rooms - with beds so lumpy I'm in pain from sleeping. And they're itchy too,...

I was on a budget which is why I chose this hotel, and because I'd stayed there a couple of years ago. It's an old-fashioned place where the rooms are basic but comfortable and clean, good breakfast, 5 minutes walk to the Kurfurstendamm, is in Pariserstrasse where there are umpteen cafes and restaurants and you get front door and room...

Having stayed in some really great budget Hotels/Pensions (simple but clean) throughout Germany at around 50 to 80 Euros, we thought this place looked good value at 60 Euros. How wrong could we have been? We had booked by email and were asked for credit card details to guarantee the booking. Nothing unusual there, except they wanted the 3 digit...

I got there around 11.00 and the lady at the reception (speaking German with an East European accent) told me that I were there too early. I left the luggage there and went for a walk, had lunch and came back around 14.00, the time by which the rooms should have been ready. I had the key of the room...

This hotel is alright if you're not looking for any great comforts but just want somewhere to sleep at night. The breakfast food was terrible, it was mostly stale and when I asked the girl working in the dining room for something she just grunted at me. I was freezing the first night and when I went to reception to...

Since my stay at a trip on my own (I hadn't met my wife for the first time yet) in September 2001 during the 9/11 terroristic attack people from, in and around this Hotel in Berlin held together. Amongst the world chaos that day this Hotel's personnel brought peace, the needed environment to come down to Earth and saved my...

Having stayed at this hotel for 5 nights between Dec.17-22, I must say that their super-value-offer for a single budget room turned out to be more than satisfying. My 4-star rating is thus related to the general value of the place, and does not relate to any special qualities except from that - it is a simple budget hotel serving...

We stayed here for two nights and our first night was terrible but the second night made up for our misery. We had booked a double bed with ensuite bathroom but were given a wierd room with tiny beds, a washbasin, shower BUT no toilet (it was in the hall). The place has automatic lights in the hallways and it...
