Really easy to check in/out clean, great bed, great room, great location. Would deffo recommend/come back It’s really annoying that you have to write 200 words minimum so I'm just gonna copy paste what I had again: Really easy to check in/out clean, great bed, great room, great location. Would deffo recommend/come back
Very good and spacious apartment. We are a family of 3, and had plenty of space in a 3 room apartment. Everything was fine, nice kitchen, minimalistic interior but with everything we needed. Very clean and an excellent location. All ready looking forward to visiting again
We visited Berlin Jan-feb2022 - we were a family of three and stayed here - We stayed in a superior suite at The Schoenhouse by Limehome. Our room was the largest in the property measuring 53m2. So what I describe may not be there in the other apartments which are different in size and cost. Limehome is a boutique company that has these beautiful service apartments all across Europe. What struck me was the beautiful, elegant and simple interior designs and furniture - classy, very comfy, and very fancy. We stayed in a superior suite that came with a large sitting room and kitchenette and dining area. It also had a lovely wooden floored patio and sit-out area. the bedroom was very large with a double bed, a full-length mirror, and a cupboard. The couch in the sitting room turned into a large very comfy double bed. The kitchen unit had everything one could possibly want - coffee machine, all kinds of pots, pans, cutlery, wine opener (yay!) sieves, knives, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, two types of glasses, and even espresso shots! The bathroom was lovely - again well equipped with towels, shampoo, tissues, toilet seat covers. The TV was a smart TV - with over 300 channels (although 90% of them were in German!) and so we watched Prime, Disney, Youtube when we couldn't step out due to the cold. The rooms were very well heated. The location is fantastic... 900m from Alexanderplatz... and it had many eateries, restaurants, cafes, 24/7 convenience stores, liquor stores, departmental stores all either downstairs or just 300-400m away. The check-in process was super-smooth. What a wonderful new home we have found and experienced in Berlin. It was a happy accident that we found this online and we are so glad that we did!! The apartments are impeccably clean, well maintained and very well equipped. Every evening when we returned we looked forward to returning home - not a hotel, not a service apartment - but a home. Loved the sit-out area and the on-location team was super helpful. Thank you for a wonderful time. We shall definitely stay here again.…
So perfectly located to almost everything, a beautiful boutique apartment style hotel, friendly and very cozy. Little hard to get into at night but once you have done it all will be well. I am not an experienced traveller (this was my first time anywhere!) but would go back there and see more of Berlin! I went in September 2019 but the "when" wouldn't let me put that date in.
I really enjoyed the room, large and comfy. Fourniture is simple but really nice. There is no tea/coffee making facility in the room, but a nice bar on the ground floor. My room was facing the main road, but noise was really not a problem. Good place to stay if you don’t mind walking a little.
Had an excellent 5-nights stay at the Schönehouse Apartments in a Senior 1 studio (308). Due to a late arrival our 2 key cards were left in a secure box accessed by a code. Reception is open between 7.30 and 21.00 daily. Our studio was very spacious, except the bathroom which was compact. The bathroom had an efficient shower, and shower/shampoo was provided, as well as plenty of toilet paper and liquid soap, and towels. The hairdryer was great, and there was lots of storage, many power points (no adapters), and we had a balcony (ashtray provided). We did not self cater but noticed a few basics available ie kitchen towels, washing up stuff, crockery and utensils, coffeemaker, salt, pepper and sugar. We never used the TV so no idea what stations available. The studio was absolutely spotless. Not sure how often is would get cleaned, but as expected not while we were there - but brush and pan, bin bags etc provided. Bed very comfortable (quite firm), with separate duvets as is common in Germany. The cafe in the reception only serves - delicious- croissants (and apples) and beverages inc small selection of alcohol. Directly opposite is a cafe, and lots of shops (large Rewe supermarket open till 11.30 Monday to Saturday), restaurants and bars on doorstep. We will be back, hopefully soon!…
The photos are exactly the same as being advertised. Great place to stay. Comfortable and very large for a family of four. The two bedroom and two bathrooms are such a plus during a family vacation of 7 days. The staff is very accommodating with every request we had. Excellent apartment to stay in!
Stayed for a few nights in a nice sized efficiency with all amenities that are needed. Very clean and in good shape. Breakfast was quite good, could be a little more diverse. The hotel is centrally located and in easy walking distance to the inner city. I would stay there again.
I booked this studio apartment for my husbands 50th birthday a year ago after doing a lot of research around hotels and where to stay if we came to Berlin. The pictures don’t do it justice, our room was excellent. Top floor (7th) of building and we were at the front overlooking the main road. It is noisy with the very large fab windows open, but it didn’t bother us being as it was October. The studio was clean and had everything you need for a few days, even a week I’d think. The bathroom was large and the shower great. The breakfast was adequate for us, we just had cereals, croissant, juice and a coffee. The tram is right outside your door, but we walked everywhere (about 12 mins from the TV Tower) which we could see from our roof terrace. If you get there late at night you can still get into your room and you check in the next day. Would def. recommend and would stay here again.…
We stayed 2 nights in Berlin at this location. The apartments are not cheap, but are large and spacious. The beds were comfortable and the kids had a seperate room which was great. The kitchenette was a let down as it was older and a bit worn. To get an iron we had to go to reception and book this. The apartments are located in an area that is okay. Shops are close by and it was an easy walk to the large shopping area. The room was great forna family of 5 as we had plenty of space. Washing clothes was expensive as well.
