Basic hotel. Clean basic rooms. I can not stress enough how only for a solo traveler, not with kids this is good. Anemities are basic and nothing over the top hotel that can do more in cleaning the rooms.
Overall staying here was a good experience. The property is quite modest overall, and isn’t in the best neighborhood, although I personally did not at all feel unsafe coming and going at all hours. My room was quite small but adequate, clean and well maintained. It did lack some things (coffee maker, fridge, iron, etc.) that I as a North American normally expect, but I do recognize that such things aren’t always part of the European hotel experience. There is some street noise and noise from the train tracks and station that are right next door, but the soundproofing was overall adequate and I did not find the noise objectionable; I was able to sleep. The breakfast was not the fanciest I’ve ever had but it was far from the worst and overall it was more than adequate and a welcome start to the day. Considering the relatively low price of this place I would rate it as a good value.…
Look, is not a Marriot or Crowne Plaza, not by far. If you need a place next to the subway, not far from stores and a few restaurants, and you are not planning to spend much time at the hotel, do it. Pretty good for business trips and the breakfast included is pretty decent. you are well connected and the rooms are clean. Family trip, no. Business trip, go crazy.
Reasonable place to stay. Convenient, close to train and metro station. Basic, but good breakfast. Room was clean, staff nice. Bars and restaurants nearby. Stayed here 3 or 4 times. Would stay here again.
What a terrible management. They sell more rooms then they have and about service they don’t care. Don’t stay in the rooms on the first floor. As a travel professional, rooms are nice, location is excellent especially if you like Asian restaurants and breakfast is good. But because the hospitality is far away, spend your money elsewhere!
This hotel is situated right across the road from Charlottenburg train station which makes it very handy when travelling from Schonefeld airport. There is no noise from passing trains. Our room was situated on the 4th floor and was very quiet, we were really pleased not to be able to hear noise from adjoining rooms even though they were occupied. The shower room was adequate and we were very impressed with the good quality of the shower gel. Towels were changed daily and our room was cleaned very well each day. The room was a nice temperature which was good as we stayed during November and it was cold outside. Breakfast is excellent with a good selection of breads, cereals, cold meats etc. and a great range of teas and other hot drinks. The lady in the breakfast room was very helpful and the staff at reception helped us with anything we asked. My only reason for not giving an excellent rating is that there were no tea and coffee making facilities in the bedroom and this meant we had to make sure and call somewhere to purchase these before going back to the hotel. All in all a very good stay and the hotel is well worth the money.…
The hotel isn't luxurious but pleasant and comfortable. it is located close to public transport and a fabulous shopping area. The Staff were very helpful and pleasant. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom reasonable.
I came to Berlin alone for a few days to arrange some things. The hotel is in a good area, close to the pedestrian mall and shopping area. The staff is very sympathetic and helpful. There's a good breakfast there. The room was a little small, it was a single room with one bed but that was enough for me because I went out in the morning and came back in the evening. The WIFI worked great without incident. Recommend to those who are not looking for a luxurious place but settle for a comfortable hotel.”
My colleague booked this room for me because there was no room left, without knowing what it means. We discovered that it's more like a closet with a flight of stairs once you enter the door. The bathroom is next door, with a flight of stairs going down, below the room itself. Very inconvenient. The room is dusty, stuffy and small too. Not worth the price at all.
Pros: • Hotel staff are polite. •Rooms are clean and the bathroom is quite spacious. • Bed is clean and fairly comfortable. • Hotel location is great as it is situated just across the road from the train station and near various shops and a mall. • Internet is good • Elevator available Cons: • The biggest downfall for me was how thin the walls were and every time my neighbour flushed his toilet or used his sink this loud noise would wake me up. • The neighbourhood itself is not that nice but also nothing to be intimidated by • They definitely need to work on their light motion sensors on the hallways as I had to use my phone's flashlight to navigate through it. Managed to get a good deal via Booking.com and had a fairly good experience considering how much I paid for my stay. Perfect hotel is you're not planning to spend much time in the room and is mainly only looking for a place to sleep+shower that is well located. …
