This is hotel is not at the standard of 4 stars and some of the perks it advertises aren't available or up to par. I visited looking forward to a massage, roof top drink and swim in a pool. Only 1/3 was available Pros - Pools are nice - Room was quite nice as well Cons - Massage. The massages were only available for women not men. I was there on a Sunday and told I could have a massage on Tuesday - Rooftop bar was closed, despite being a few days from June - Room service menu is extremely limited. Simple things like a hamburger are not available - The restaurants are not good. One is more of a Cafe and sells wraps and the other only sells bar sandwiches and snacks. You can't count on a nice meal for a couple here. - The TV is tiny and extremely dated - The HDMI input on the TV did not work - You can order a pillow through tablet in your room which is great, except for the fact that nobody brought me said pillow. Please don't offer services you don't actually deliver. All in all, definitely not worth the price and definitely not 4 star standard. You can't count on a relaxing massage and a nice room service meal which is a shame. If you visit call ahead to make sure the hotel services are available, but beware this hotel offers many services and perks it simply doesn't deliver on. …
We stayed a night here for relaxing after many rush working days. Hotel is located in Spandau a Little away from the main city. It’s a huge hotel filled with activities and good vibes. Many restaurants and supermarkets are surrounded by the hotel. Even though the hotel was near to the Main Street it was very calm and quiet inside. The room was very quite, beautiful relaxing and big the bathroom too. We spent a long time in the pool it was very cool. And had a very hot cup of tea at the rooftop terrace after a swim. Breakfast buffet running was delicious with a big number of selection and having an action corner. The stay with them was really relaxing. Thank you centrovital Hotel team.
Nice hotel with a fantastic SPA and sports area. We have already been in this hotel several times. It’s always a great place to stay. The are clean and comfortable. The SPA and pool area is fantastic and Spandau itself is a nice place to visit. Due to the fact the Spa and sports area is also used by club members and not only from the hotel guests some time of the day the pool area is occupied by courses.
Used this hotel for a week during a city trip to Berlin. Located about 15 mins by foot from Spandau-Altstadt subway, which takes you to Berlin downtown in 20 mins. Excellent fitness facilities, great 25m pool with nice temp and a spa/sauna (nude/mixed). Large parking garage which was free during my stay. Breakfast buffet is great and available until 10:30. Staff was friendly throughout. I got the impression some of the younger ones were in hotelier training, so not always super smooth but acceptable. Biggest downside is that rooms do not carry AC so I’d probably avoid this hotel during hot spells. Would stay again any other time.
I went on a trip from UK to France, Germany, Poland, Belgium and Netherlands. I stayed in many many hotels and this was by far my fave. All of the staff were nice, the pool gave us something to do whilst my parents were at the gym. The restaurant was peaceful at night and calm, steak was lovely. The rooms were so nice , especially the bathrooms and was plenty of space . Love. It.
Nice hotel in outskirts of Berlin. It is located about 15 minutes away from the airport. I appreciated the large garage which was included in the price. Basic but OK breakfast. There are two restaurants in the hotel, but only one was open. I guess there was water damage in the other one. OK buffet type dinner for 19 € + drinks. Room was clean and the the service was friendly and fast. I also enjoyed the spa area which includes a pool, and several saunas. Please note the German "dress code"!
I picked this hotel twice, as recommended by my corporate advisers. Throughout my second stay, I was terribly disappointed by the customer service. It all started in the restaurant, where the waiter was visibly working in slow motion and although I waived him to kindly ask for a menu, he noticed me and never came to my table. As the waiting time was unreasonably long, it went worse when I went to complain to the person who presented himself to me as the manager of the restaurant and his attitude was confrontational and utterly unprofessional. And then it went even worse when I complained in writing to the actual restaurant manager (as advised by the receptionist) ensuring the hotel manager was copied in BCC. That formal complaint was never acknowledged, therefore to me that was a strong message of lack of interest and accountability. I will most certainly pick other options during my next stay in Spandau.…
I have coming to this hotel for the last 6 years for our busines trip to Berlin for ITB. the staff are friendly and they have always made us feel comfortable. its a little away from Messe Berlin but its located in a quiet place in Spandau. their lake view rooms have a spectacular view to enjoy in the morning. their Spa center and gym is amazing to relax in the evening. overall I will continue to use this hotels for my future business trip.
Nice hotel in a nice rural-ish area of Spandau. Rooms were clean, breakfast good and hotel staff friendly. About €6 in Uber from Spandau station. Great rooftop bar and not stupid prices. Ideal location for gigs nearby
This hotel was good value, but the lack of air conditioning could have been much more of a problem had I gone during the summer heatwave. Fortunately, I was able to sleep with the window open and found the aircraft noise didn't disturb me that much. Set outside of central Berlin, the area of Spandau is well served by public transport but make sure you factor in enough time. The sauna facilities were great for a hotel, with a few different saunas, a steam room and roof terrace.
