The hotel needs major updating and most things look outdated. WiFi was painfully slow, so not a good hotel for business travellers. They claim they have a restaurant on site but it is not true. The restaurant is only for breakfast and there are no god restaurants around for good dining in the evening.
We stayed 4 nights, we paid extra for access to the executive room, waste of money, no wine, loads of soft drinks, great for kids, and beer, horrible warm food served, same same every night. Our room was spacious, no kettle, no iron, no ironing board. We couldn’t use the large balcony, it had not been cleaned for years, weeds growing, dirty balcony and dusty chairs.
Excellent hotel, corresponding to all my expectations. I recommand this hotel, close to the subway who drive you quickly to the city center, or other places. Also the Prager square with restaurants is nice and quiet. See all details in my feedback, and then, book a room !
The hotel is not responsive to emails and when they did reply, they informed me about parking, which i definitely did not enquire about because we arrived by train. The room is nice, which I suppose is the main thing, but the entrance is dated and the check-in was slow and unfriendly with no explanation at all about the hotel. The card machine also did not work. The gym is a paid extra which is a bit strange for hotel in this price category.
Near U-Bane (U9) - need to make a change to get to Berlin centrum. Nice location with supermarked and restaurants. Recommend that you upgrade the room to get access to the execlusive louge. Possible to park your car at the hotel
