Tge location for this hotel is less than ideal if you need to eat in the evening. The hotel.oniy offers breakfast and there is a very limited choice of restaurants nearby with the closest not taking care payments. Not really the fault of this Ibis but its not cheap and I've stayed in a large number of ibis hotels.

I've stayed at Ibis Hotel for two nights. The personal was nice, they spoke English very well. The room was clean and quiet. The room service did their job, they changed towels, sheets and cleaned the room. You will find soap but no toothpaste or shower gel. The bed was comfortable. Overall it was a nice stay!

I’ve just returned from a short stay at the Ibis hotel which was booked for my husbands birthday celebration. The hotel was very quick to respond to my messages and were very helpful in letting me know which bus from the airport to catch. We caught bus number 171 from outside terminal A and got off at Grenzallee and then walked over the road , turned left and then the hotel was on the first road on the right clearly signed. It was very clean and comfortable. The staff were pleasant and very helpful in helping us make the most of our stay. My only disappointments were the rooms were meant to be soundproof but whoever was above our room at midnight could be heard walking around on the non carpeted floor, which was of no fault of their own but it was loud enough to wake me up from my sleep. We tried the breakfast one morning and granted we did arrive towards the latter part of the morning but there was no bacon left, only some scrambled egg which didn’t look appetising. My waffle and fruit salad were lovely but definitely not worth the 12 euros I paid. We found a lovely cafe a short walk away on the main road where you could get a couissant and a coffee for less than 3 euros which was much more reasonable. The hotel is some distance from the city centre but very close to an underground train stop which you can access the city easily on so it wasn’t an issue. Overall the hotel was convenient, reasonable and comfortable and met everything we required for our stay and we would definitely stay here again.

We stayed for 3 nights and our room was not cleaned during that time. The reception staff was very unfriendly. I cannot recommend this hotel to other people. We have stayed there before, but its getting worse.

All in all, perfect if you are staying jut one night and have business to attend the next day nearby. Really nothing to talk about except that the rooms are relatively big and new for an ibis. The girl at the reception was a little "dry" and almost unfriendly. But maybe it was just the "Berlin way". And - prices are just great.

I have been here for 4 days and I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel is nice and connected very well with Schönefeld airport (the bus stop is near the building). We stayed in a double room and everything was nice and clean. The girl with blonde hair at the reception was very kind and she gave us the opportunity to leave our suitcases before leaving. There is also an underground station very close and you can reach any part of the city. Everything was good, thank you!

Unfortunately one of the more unfortunate stays in my days of travelling. Room was left uncleaned and unvisited by housekeeping for the duration of my stay, which was around 6 days. Towels and other toiletries were not changed for the duration of stay. Front reception were rarely available, breakfast served within a very short window span. Surrounding area was very run down, and did not feel safe during evenings. Rooms were in alright shape, but for the price paid I would have expected far more. Mediocre view from windows. Fairly quiet during evenings, and with quick connection to both bus and subway. Be vary of cab scammers when travelling here. I would not suggest this, there are far better ones just a stones throw away.
