Amazing apartments, awesome location and a fantastic team. We stayed here for 7 nights and it was unforgettable. The team was just incredibly helpful and had great recommendations. Thank you again Anna, Alina, Andres and the team. We look forward to coming back soon! 🙏🏽
I have been staying in dozens of different hotels, apartment hotels, Airbnb in Berlin for years. What makes The Circus Apartment Hotel different than all the other brands is the quality in detail. It was my first stay at Circus, probably I will never search for another place to stay on my next visit to Berlin. I admired the hospitality at Circus Apartment. Greeted at reception like an old friend. All the organizations give you precisely this feeling. You are at home! This is the perfect space for anyone who wants to have a taste of what it would be like to live in Berlin. The apartment is very tastefully decorated and clean.
Circus Hotel is undergoing renovations so the extremely helpful reservation team suggested we stayed in one of their apartments. Spacious, comfortable, very well equipped, super helpful staff, underground parking available on site, laundry room for guests; all in excellent location. Absolutely great.
I cannot fault the circus apartments. We were given a lovely welcome on arrival and were delighted to be given an upgrade. The penthouse apartment is stunning with an amazing roof terrace with great views over Berlin! The location of the apartments is fantastic in a really nice part of Berlin with a local vibe but so easy to get around with great tram and u Bahn links. During our stay both of our kids were unwell and the staff were so helpful finding an available English speaking dr for us and providing additional towels and bedding as needed. Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough!
We spent 5 nights inThe Circus Apartments. We had booked a Duo Economy room, but that had been re-allocated, so we were upgraded to the Schroeder Duo apartment on the 1st floor (at no extra cost). This is the second time we have stayed in Circus Apartments and both times have been excellent. The apartment was spacious and nicely decorated, with a very good supply of kitchen utensils and crockery. There is a full-size cooker and oven, microwave and fridge. A free laundry is located in the building basement. The bed was very comfortable and the apartment is quiet. This apartment also has a balcony with chairs and table. The only minor drawbacks were that the shower rose could not be adjusted sufficiently to avoid splashing a considerable amount of water on the bathroom floor, and the lighting in the living area is quite dim. All staff we encountered were cheery and very helpful. The apartment location is good, being not too far from public transport stops, supermarket and other shops, and the local area is pleasant and interesting for a walk around. It is also easy to work out suitable routes to go for a run. We highly recommend Circus Apartments.…
We loved our stay at the Circus Apartments. The location is excellent on a quiet side street close to a main thoroughfare and public transit hub. The apartment was super comfortable and we enjoyed sitting on the balcony after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was really helpful. Highly recommended.
We just returned from a week long stay at the Circus Apartments, this is the perfect place to stay. Our apartment, Lange, was spotless and huge. The location is amazing, close to public transportation and an easy walk to a myriad of restaurants, museums and historical landmarks. Mitte is a great location. The helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff could not do enough for us - Richard, Daniel, Ricarda, Anna and others were all so friendly and welcoming. When we return to Berlin there is no question as to where we will stay. One thing worth mentioning is that the bedroom in the Lange unit faces the street and was at times a bit noisy.
Great location, helpful staff and lovely decor/furniture. Lotto tickets for booking direct were a bonus - had we won we would have stayed longer. Staff dealt quickly and professionally with a couple of small snags.
We stayed for 10 days and the apartment was lovely. It was light and spacious and really nicely decorated. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. I'd lived in Berlin a couple of years ago for a few months and stayed on the west side of town, but Mitte, where the apartments are located, is much more lively and accessible. Lots of restaurants, cafes and parks and close to transport. I'd stay again. The Circus group offer walking tours and we did one of Isherwood's Berlin in Schoenberg, it was fabulous, very interesting part of the city's many-layered history. And it was free! One thing I'd do next time is book direct, especially for a longer stay as the Circus gives discounts which booking agencies don't. We could've saved --- aah I don't like to think how much!!
Just wanted to say, this time around, our one bedroom flat was just as amazing and the team’s spirt hadn’t changed one bit! Thoroughly recommend it! And the team on duty, helped us with our luggage upon arrival and departure. Very sweet! I used the washing machines, available with soaps and comforter, for free, very handy for long term stays, I have to say! I missed the birds on our key chains though this time and according to one staff member, the names of the flats aren’t about men as such! They are only surnames! 😊I hope to be back soon!
