All the staffs are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is simple but enought with good coffee and bread.15 minutes walking from S-Bahn Savignyplatz, taxi from Tegel airport was around 20euros at night and 15 during the day.

Booked this hotel based on tripadvisor reviews - was not disappointed. Great location, very friendly staff. English very well spoken. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. If I return to Berlin I will stay here again.

The hotel provides good service level, however, some rooms are quite small. Guess, because the hotel is in an old building. Location is good, however, not excellent - you still need to walk both to U-bahn (metro) and to the major shops of Kurfustendamm. Advantage - lots of correctly priced neraby restaurants ( sushi, Indian, Italian..).

Situated in a quiet, leafy district just off Kurfurstenstrasse, shopping and easy access to all tourist attractions. Hotel welcoming , and friendly owner and staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Rooms warm, and very comfortable beds. Breakfast - well you can have smoked salmon, cheese, ham etc etc.good coffee and lots !

Our party of five stayed here for four nights in November. The hotel is located in a good area just ten minutes stroll to Kurfustendam. There are nearby restaurants which the hotel staff were able to recommend and each was ideal in its own way. Our rooms were small but the hotel more than made up for this with their...

We have just returned from 5 days at the Hotel Alexander, Berlin. Although the official rating is 3 stars - it is very much 3* superior. With its' sophisticated entrance and red, black and grey colour theme it is very chic - like a boutique hotel. It is housed on a few floors in a turn of the 20th century buildings...

A good value hotel. Clean and comfortable, breakfasts very nice. Staff very friendly. Only point I would mention is distance from U-Bahn (7mins) and S-bahn (quicker to get to city centre) (10 mins). It doesn't sound far but after a long day sightseeing if I could have been closer to a station I would have liked it.

Fantastic location within two blocks of Ku'Damm. Rooms are spacious and clean (no air conditioning so may be very hot in summer but so are all the rest of European smalll hotels). Service is great and the overall ambience is very nice. Highly recommended.
