Although traveling for business, I do take the time to choose a nice hotel. With budget restrictions, it can be a hit or miss. The Indigo Hotel was definitely a hit. I arrived early and was already able to check in to my room. The staff is extremely friendly and even the hotel director took the time to welcome me...

Excellent hotel - good price, location and service. It's not in the tourist heart of the city, so there's no loud noise outside. However it's by a main train and bus station so quick and easy to get wherever you need to go, including direct links to both airports. The hotel was clean and very comfortable, with a nice powerful...

Tried this hotel for the location (conveniently located next to the zoo and main train station): I enjoyed the experience and I strongly recommended it for business travelers. New rooms with plenty of space and comfy beds. The restaurant offers wide assortment of breakfast options via buffet.

Excellent check in, room is packed and small. I removed the swivel chair from the room, as it makes the room even smaller and you could walk against it. The Internet is a hot and cold. Even here the staff become very helpful and had help. The bathroom is quite large in comparison to the room, converting it in percentage...

We stayed 3 nights in this hotel for our first visit to Berlin and found it to be a great base from which to explore e city as it is so conveniently located near to the S and Ubahn stations. Wife and I spent 3 nights in Berlin (after years), chose the Indigo Ku'damm through T.A. for its 300m proximity to transit at Bhf. Zoo and other sites, its 6th floor balconies and other members' remarks. We were not disappointed and could surely stay there again. The X9 bus from Tegel Airport to Bhf.Zoo took about 1/2 hour and us...

Stayed at the Indigo for four nights. The room was small, but clean. The bed was two twin beds pushed together with two individual comforters. Staying in Charlottenburg

Neighbourhood Profile
Charlottenburg
Breathe in Berlin’s royal past while walking through the gardens of beautiful Charlottenburg Palace, which lends its name to this well-heeled neighbourhood. Here you'll find some of the oldest homes in the city: upper-class apartment buildings with ornate facades and marble-floored foyers line the cobblestone streets. Stroll by sophisticated restaurants, through little parks, or around Lake Lietzensee. Window shop down Kurfürstendamm, the most renowned high-end shopping street in Berlin, where you can find all the big designer names. In the evening, visit one of the old theatres close by Zoo Station which were nightlife hot spots in the 1920s, or dine in one of the many international restaurants around Savignyplatz before heading to other parts of town for a night out.
