The glasses/spectacles recepcionist is SO RUDE, when I told him that our room wasn’t cleansed for the SECOND day in a row he just answer me “yes yes yes” in a very disrespectful manner for a hotel guest.
When I was there the place was under renovation so I can’t really speak about cleanliness or comfortable zone available.
What it’s sure is the kindness and professionalism of the staff.
