We loved this hotel. We visited Berlin for the Christmas markets. The Germans know how to do them well. The most amazing Christmas markets I’ve ever seen. The hotel was in perfect location for this sort of trip. Spotless and all lovely staff.

We had a great trip to Berlin and the location of the hotel was perfect for us. We could go shopping close by and eat really good food. We also walked from the hotel in every direction to look at something!

Everything is OK as always. But I still don't get it - why there is an option to choose queen size bed but you still get two twin size ones just pushed to each other? Besides that everything is OK especially location.

Room was a good size and pretty much what we needed. Cleanliness though was definitely lacking!! Had to ask for the room to be cleaned. But we didn’t spend much time in the room. ✅Great location. 🥚Breakfast was average. 🧍🏼♂️staff were friendly & spoke great English.

Good locations. If you are arriving to Berlin by plane, it's easy to get to the hotel from the airport. Nice room. My recommendation is to take a room where you are able to see the TV tower. Breakfast was okay. Plenty of room to get a free table.

Lovely hotel with nice, clean modern reception area. We didn't eat here but did have drinks in the bar which is very pleasant. Our room was a 'colour suite' which is very well designed and comfortably slept 3 people. My only issue was with the doors to the bathroom as they are clear. Not only was it a privacy issue for our teenage daughter but also a bit of a safety issue as I nearly walked in to them! Frosted would make more sense. Overall I would recommend!

Location is top, the reception is also friendly:) the room is also clean and comfortable. The only thing, that we don’t really like is the toilet. It has a strange smell just like the toilet in train.

So, we stayed in room on 26th floor with amazing city view. We saw so many fantastic fireworks, this hotel is a best viewpoint for New Year holidays. I should say that shower cabin and toilet is very uncomfortable, it looks like you are in the room, because of glasses walls. Everybody in room hear everything 😆. Sink is in room with curtain without wall, it really funny 😆. Bed is good. Also there are no any room-services or even mini-bar. We asked for plates and forks via phone and reception manager said that we can take it in restaurant 😆. This is perfect place for 2-3 new year nights, not for more and not for the other times.

Should this be desired, I would ask you to indicate this when booking and at check in. According to availability we will always offer you such a room. At the moment we cannot offer room service due to staffing reasons, we are very sorry. To make our rooms look brighter, we went for an open, translucent model in the design. We are very sorry that we could not meet your taste. Our Junior Suite is a bit more private, because there we have a completely separated bathroom.
