I stayed in Come Inn Hotel for one night, and wished I could stay longer. (I booked another hotel with no option to cancel)The person in the desk was really nice and helpful even though I arrived late at night. The room is small but clean and cozy ,decorated in good taste. There is a nice balcony from where you can see the famous kudam street. It was a great opening to my trip.
We stayed at this hotel for four nights. Location is brilliant and is next to one of the main shopping streets of Berlin. Hotel is clean, comfy and staff were helpful. Will definitely be back if we stay in Berlin. The only downfall is the bathroom windows were only half tinted therefore people in the opposing buildings could potentially see in. Also the breakfast was slightly sparse.
We stayed in this hotel during the weekend. It was a really great hotel. The rooms are nice and clean. Bathroom is bigger than expected. Plenty of room to stall our stuff. Breakfast is with a nice view. A great choice in bread, cereal, fruits. Even when there was a bus full of tourists, there still was plenty of room and food. On arrival the room was nog quite ready, but we could leave our luggage in a locked room. Als on the departing day was there a possibility to change our clothes We did not miss the coffee making in the room, as mentioned: there is a facility in the lobby, but also a Starbucks across the street! Bus stops near the hotel every 5 minute. The next time in Berlin, I will be staying in this hotel. I also reccomended it already to friends and collegues
Me and my girlfriend lived here for 4 nights/5days in July. First the positive: -Location: The location is great! Alot of small bars around, 150 meters to a u-bahn stop, alot of nice shops (Louis Vuitton, Prada, Rolex etc) just down the street. Close to everything. -Rooms: The room was ok. Comfy beds, clean and good soap. They did clean the room a little later on the day if you wanted to. Our room had a tub with a lot of hot water as well. -Area: quite expensive but feels safe. You have a small safe in your rooms for your belongings. Some noise from the road and cars, but Berlin is a big city, and the windows took most of the noise away. -Staff: Our staff was quite helpfull. -The viem from the roofterrase was realy nice, and not much wind. -Quite cheap, for us anyhow. Then the negative: -No minibar in the rooms, and as of july the temperature got real hot. Would be nice for a place for cold drinks. -No coffepossibilities in the room. -The breakfast was just not as nice as the pictures. The juicemachine was empty for the whole hour we sat there eating. Also alot of empty plates at the table. Would much rather go at at place outside the hotel. -No bag in the garbagecan. So all in all we had a good time in Berlin. Would highly recommend the electric scooters that are everywhere (Voi, Lime, Tier) as they are cheap, everywhere and great fun. We also used uber alot. Would recomend for a cheap, and ok place to stay.…
I booked this hotel as part of a package as I was attending a concert at the Olympic stadium and it was central to the city so not my individual choice. The location was fantastic and bus/train access was easy, especially with the use of the welcome card. However, the hotel was stuck in the 70’s! The first receptionist we met on the initial check in was lovely and helpful, going out of her way to rectify a faulty shower in our room. We had booked a family room which included a double and single bed which I have to admit were extremely comfortable and very clean. The room was cramped, it didn’t contain any form of tea/coffee making facilities at all - they had a central coffee machine in the foyer which they charged to use which wasn’t the best taste so was only used once. The door on the safe wasn’t fully on the hinges and there was no fridge to enable keeping any food you brought back cool. The towels in the bathroom could only be described as a napkin due to minimal sizes but again they were clean. The only problem with them was that the hotel didn’t change them for 3 days! I had to fix the air conditioning switch as it wasn’t in the correct position for cold air but once sorted worked well. I’d just also like to add how rude the male receptionist was to myself and my family whilst we waited to retrieve our room key (that you have to hand in when you leave for any days out). We stood at the desk for over 10 minutes whilst he finished a personal phone call, drank his coffee and rearranged the desk. He knew we were just there to collect the key and could’ve easily passed it to me as he continued with his call, or at least asked them to hold on while he did so. The room was kept to a good standard by the housekeepers which we were grateful for, and the overall standard of the place was clean, but I feel the place could just do with a total upgrade and modernisation. The location is great and it’s a shame that it can’t be utilised a lot more.…
