I loved it, I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Berlin. It is near Museum Island, so location is great. It is so clean. Aquadom is amazing, must have had cost a fortune. I loved every inch of the hotel. .
My wife and I have stayed at the Radisson Blu Collection Berlin several times now but this was our first opportunity to stay following the lifting of many of the Covid restrictions. The hotel has recently been refurbished and this has increased the level of charm, cleanliness and excellence in comfort. My wife and I stayed in a 4th floor 'Cathedral View' room and found the room to be cleaned to a very high standard, the room was very quiet and equipped with mini-bar, soaps, body creams and shampoo and conditioner as standard. the bed itself was very comfortable and because the room was so quiet my and I have a great nights sleep every night. The hotel has retained its unique aquarium in the refurbished ground floor bar and the hotel is perfectly situated to allow access to nearby restaurants, cafes, bars and transport links for the 'U' and 'S' Bahns. Breakfast each morning was fantastic with a large variety of hot and cold fresh foods - including cheeses, meats, pastries and cereals as well as individually cooked hot meals. the staff at the hotel were wonderful - Chris (the bar manager), Stefanie (Guest Relations) and Jean (at reception) were excellent in their service manner and really couldn't do enough for us. The staff at breakfast were very polite, careful with health and hygeine and greeted guests every morning as they walked in to the restaurant for breakfast. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough to you and the fat that my wife and I are also returning again in August will hopefully demonstrate the high level of satisfaction we have felt with our visits. I really hope you enjoy your stay here at this hotel as we certainly love staying here ourselves!…
Comfy and clean rooms, great bed, very friendly and attentive staff. Quite rooms available - be careful to not take a room facing the main street. Very good location close to Museum Island, Alexander Square, TV Tower. Plus impressive attraction in form of a massive fish tank in the middle of the hotel.
Making our first citytrip with our 2 year old daughter we just needed to relax. This wasn't possible : 1) too late for breakfast --> placed in the floor 2) too late for pool --> just 5 minutes to take 1 picture --> no friendly welcome and remark because of the photo 3) too long to wait for a cocktail --> after all this stress get some cocktail ? no way ! 30 minutes to order + 20 minutes to get served. Had to leave because of the baby
First, there are four subway stops within an 8-minute walk. The Dom is in throwing distance. The DDR Museum is in the basement and it is feet to the River Spree tours. There are countless eateries in an easy stroll and Museum Island is seconds away. To top it off, the bellhops, front desk, and concierge are great. Taxis also wait at the curb for guests, but I just took the metro. One of the best, if not the best, locations I have enjoyed in my travels.
We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The hotel is very well situated close to many nice venues! The hotel has a gorgeous water tank in the middle, with nice view from the elevators. This is truly a special experience! Must see! There’s many nice restaurants nearby, which we enjoyed.
Enjoyed the stay here. I have visited few times now and compared to all Hotels I stayed in Berlin and Europe this one stands out. I got excellent deal and treated well. Awesome staff and excellent breakfast.
Great breakfast, with great view. Good location next to unter den linden. Love the Aquarium and way rooms all around it. Only small criticism: coffee at breakfast from machine!! strange as tea with good quliaty tea leaves and in pot. For high end hotel rooms are small, but to be expiected with city centre location.
Perfect location for exploring the city. Great service, clean with excellent facilities. The atrium bar has been transformed and the spa is great to unwind in at the end of the day. I've stayed here a few times and the recent upgrades have been really well done.
I came to the hotel with 2 children 7 and 10 years old, with my wife and mother. There were not rooms on one 1 level, so we had to leave on different. Is was not suggested any options to resolve it. I booked on booking.com and noted which members of our family will visit this hotel.
