Great location right nearby train and metro station. Very easy to get from Brandenburg Airport to the hotel. Friendly and helpful stuff, clean rooms, enjoyable breakfest with prosecco. Good price and quality ratio.
Centrally located hotel, that lacks all the usual hotel services. It’s basically an expensive B&B. The bar is closed so no drinks available except the room minibar, you can’t even get a coffee in the reception area, which is pretty poor for a hotel, if we had known about this lack of amenities then we would have booked elsewhere. On the plus the rooms are clean and tidy and the hotel is close to the train stay for getting around, beware of rooms facing the station though as it’s noisy. Would I book again, it’s a definite NO.
I recently had a conference at Eurostars Hotel in Berlin and had the most amazing experience! Rooms are very clean with a modern and relaxing vibe. Beds and pillows are very comfortable with just the right amount of firmness. Showers have spa-like features complete with the waterfall and body spray water system with strong water pressure! Above all, the staff here are extremely kind and helpful! Shout out to ERVIN, the Food and Beverage Manager at this location! Not only did he do an excellent job taking care of everyone in the conference, but also went above and beyond even after the event. I extended my stay at the hotel after our event for 2 more days. Coming from the US, I wanted to explore Berlin and met up with my sister and nephew who flew from Milan just to see me. Ervin made sure that we were very well taken care of and even surprised us with an exquisite fruit basket with champagne as a welcome for my sis and nephew to Berlin. Overall, it has been a wonderful experience and I will surely come back and stay with them again! Note to the management of EUROSTARS BERLIN: Ervin, your F&B manager, is truly a one of a kind employee! He is a rare find and definitely an asset to your organization. He deserves to be recognized for his phenomenal people skills and excellent work ethic! Keep up the great work! 😊…
Poorly managed hotel, we stayed in one of the five Executive Suites which all directly face the Friedrichstrasse Railway tracks. Incredibly noisy wuth continuous screetching of trains, impossible to have the windows open. Remote control broken, one of the bedside sockets without power which I only noticed the next morning wheb the phone was not charged. Room key stopped working after day 1 of a 2night stay as the person at check in made a mistake. On departure only one of three lifts was working leaving us stranded on floor 4 for 20 minutes with the remaining lift too packed for us to enter. We had already made repeat reservations for June and December and cancelled them all after this stay in March. Spare yourself the disappointment.
I booked a room based on the good reviews, but I regretted it. There was a bad smell in the first room we stayed in, especially in the toilet area, and I asked the front desk staff to deal with this issue. When I got back to the hotel the room hadn't even been cleaned, let alone being taken care of. I went back to the reception and asked if they had any information on the subject. No one was aware of the problem I reported in the morning. They offered to change the room, but this time the room was very small and smelled even worse. Finally, we found ourselves in front of the reception with our suitcases waiting for a decent room to be given to us. These are unacceptable mistakes and blunders for a 5-star hotel. The hotel is not clean enough, the staff pretend to be interested but in reality they are not. The hotel is centrally located and right next to the Friedrichstraße train station, so it is very easy to reach the hotel from Berlin airport by train. Since it is in a central location, it is possible to reach the places you want to see by walking.…
