Had an amazing stay in a luxurious fantastic boutique hotel in the quiet suburbs of Berlin. The staff were excellent a particular thank you to the concierge Mr Kesisoglu who bent backwards to help us have a wonderful stay in Berlin. The rooms were large and very comfortable. The Schlosshotel in Grunewald is a lovely hotel in Berlin. Especially during the Pre-Christmas season. A fireplace bar where you can enjoy a glass of Rioja Crianza after visits to the Christmas Market is an unforgettable pleasure. Everything else, from rooms to cuisine and service, is of such high quality that it can all be summed up in one word: excellent!

This is my 6th visit here. I am in the travel industry, with very high end clients, which make it very hard to be me, being very critical of all things. This hotel is my choice for 2 major reasons. The location in Grünewald is excellent, but above all stands the staff. Levon I have known since the very first time arriving here, and I am hard on him, but MY LORD he is up to the task and rises above everything. He is the backbone of this hotel. Another person I want to give honors is Didi, friendly and helpful in any way. I travel with my dog, always have done that - and this is actually is not so easy, as some rooms categories are not accommodating us. Although - in rooms with hardwood floors, that should not be an issue. I am happy to pay for a total cleaning of the room after we leave. My dog lives with me in a very beautiful vila, with fantastic furnitures and tapetseries. Nothing is destroyed and the only thing in need of often changing, is the bed linnen. Well, this is of course a question to be put to the owners - but the staff, once again - LEVON is doing all they possibly can.…

After 25 hours of brutal travel, I arrived at the Schloss Berlin hotel and was greeted by Levon. He gave me the warmest welcome that all my traveling stress fell away. The warmth, class, and elegance of the hotel and the staff is in a league of its own. Not only did I feel like a Princess staying in a stunning palace, the room was very comfortable and had everything I needed to enjoy my stay. I was able to relax in the beautiful bathtub and the breakfast options every morning were absolutely delicious. I can’t wait to come back to Berlin and stay here again!

Set in the fabulous leafy green Berlin Grunwald area, this discreet, elegant funky and friendly hotel is trendy and chic and a great place to stay. Spacious rooms are well designed and have everything you need, staff are fantastic, immediately make you feel welcome and nothing is a problem. There's a fine dining restaurant and a terrace that is great for the warmer months, and a beautifully styled bar with great ambience and vibe, yummy foot and cool cocktails. The property is a classic old mansion building from the 19th century, once a government building and a hotel for the last 30 years. There's also some parking onsite.

Stayed here for a birthday retreat away from the city and was not disappointed. While still in Berlin, the hotel is in a charming district where you can truly relax. The breakfast service is second to none and all the staff are super friendly. The Champagne bar was fantastic, even though some concessions had to be made due to the current COVID crisis. Looking forward to doing this again some time, when all the lockdowns and pandemic scares are over.

A brilliant hotel that manages to offer the highest service together with a retention of a family atmosphere. The teams from housekeeping to front desk service are second to none. All members of my family and business would always choose Patrick Hellmmann's Schloss Hotel over anything else in Berlin.

I normally don’t do these surveys, but after such an incredible stay at this hotel I felt obligated to do so. My wife and I have stayed in a fair number of the five star hotels in Berlin, but not one of them comes close to this one. The attention to every detail in design and service, the incredibly peaceful and quiet location, and the unique ambience all make this a special experience. It is worth the ten minute drive to the business center of Berlin to be at this hotel in this location. We have stayed at some of the finest hotels in over forty countries. The Schlosshotel is in the top five percent of these. And Levon at the front desk is a jewel!

I have stayed at this hotel again after 7 years and I must admit that the Schlosshotel got even better. The fantastic and friendly staff at the reception, bar and at the restaurant. A lot of staff is still the same! Speaks for the hotel! The SPA area is very new and fresh. The whole hotel has a new clean touch which makes it again the number one hotel in Berlin!! We have stayed in the unrenovated room and I must admit that it is VERY good looked after! Cannot wait to be back again! just WOW!

This place is beyond beautiful. Everything is amazing - staff, grounds, breakfast. The dining is gorgeous! The only negative is the location. The location is in a upper class beautiful quiet neighborhood and far from the city. This property is very quiet and private. There is nothing in close proximity for activities, i.e., shopping, bars, restaurants, etc... If this is what you are looking for then this property is perfect. I stayed here one night then stayed in the city for several more nights.
