Great hotel. Beautiful, near airport, great staff and food We were going to stay one night before flying back to the USA. Due to positive Covid tests, we ended up staying a week. They had FREE testing on site. Great restaurant and English speaking staff. Rooms were good size as was the bath area Since we stayed a week we were able to use bikes to drive down to Aldi to get snacks and water, etc there is a similar, smaller store called Norma only .3 mile away. A very easy walk to pick up supplies. Easy flat walking trails are nearby. Quick shuttle or taxi ride to the airport. Outside courtyards and rooftop areas were great Nd could be accessed by Covid positive people. Also the walking paths worked well for us.

First off the booking site advertises a shuttle bus - there isn’t one The hotel is actually about 12 mins by car from Brandenberg airport 2 taxis refused to take us as they think it’s too short a fair You can get a bus - think it’s the S244 - too big a queue Thankfully having shouted at the guy running the taxi rank we got a cab Hotel staff friendly Rooms not expensive - we had a corner suite for like 130 euros Bed good Room amenities basic but clean Shower hot Room very warm (a lot of glass and it’s not summer!) A/C feeble - struggled to sleep initially No dinner service as we arrived quite late Soggy sandwiches in the bar which we didn’t pay for Beer and wine fine Breakfast plentiful In short - good for a transit stay but no longer

With the excuse of the COVID they removed the shuttle service from 2019 until today 2022. Official restaurant times are not valid. Waiter will decide if they serve you food or not and there is nothing in the area. Definitely the last time we take this hotel having other options arround.

This is a perfect hotel for layover at Berlin airport or business travel. Executive rooms well appointed and staff is helpful, especially Thomas the fantastic manager. There’s a shuttle to & from the airport early as 4 am. I highly recommend this property to others

The hotel is ok for an airport hotel. Services not that great - we got there late and the extra bed was not prepared. They brought the sheets and literally dumped them on the bed and let us prepare the bed. Otherwise nothing to comment on, our short was fairly short.
